Guest Mr. Slick
Who are some improving underclass men to look out for next yr or that were quality kids just behind good caliber kids?
BodyslamU
Tyler Ferguson @ 106 he was behind Kuhn. Tanner Bruce @ 113 he was behind Davis. Kyle Todrank @ 132 he was behind Moody and Jeff Reese @ 145 was behind Appell. These are the weights from this year don't know what they'll weight next year. Reitz lost Vanhoook at 126, Moody at 132 and Appell at 145 so should shake out pretty good for them next season.
WrestleMan
Tyler Ferguson @ 106 he was behind Kuhn. Tanner Bruce @ 113 he was behind Davis. Won't Ferguson still be behind Kuhn and Davis next year or will they be able to slot him in at 113? I would guess Kuhn would try to go 106 next year again and Davis will probably grow some so maybe he would have a spot at 113.
Caleb Spires
Jay Franko will be a sophomore next year and this past weekend at Goshen he led 6th place Forrest Glogouski at one point. Could place next year.
EvansvilleSpectator
Kuhn is possibly going 120 next year. he is one of the biggest 106 pounders ive ever seen. Davis will prolly go 113 again an ferg will probably go 106. unless davis goes 120 and kuhn goes 113. just depends on how it all pans out. didnt he tech fall a semi-state qualifier in a USA tournament? Other good underclassman: Jacob Brown- came outta no where this year bailey Lahue- he is scary good as a freshman Blake Johns- look for him to make a big jump for next year Logan Wedding- depending where he goes, could be a monster Welch- he will be looking for that title next year for sure, he made a big jump this year as far as talent goes, too bad he got the same place Kelley- went from semi-state qualifier to 5th at state Kemper- got put out at sectionals but beat more more than 1 state qualifier during the year brensen schroeder- state qualifier from MD. they always make large leaps Kriech- may be in the running for a title next year. only a junior These of course all from the Evansville area. MCKAJC
Lotta good stuff in store for next year. Darden Shurg/True Fresh. 4th this year at 113 with some dominating performances. Adam Garcia/ 4th at 120 very close vs Todd Josh Fuqua/ IMO the top non state qualifier in IN. will be a JR. only losses came to Petrov and two one point matches vs. Garcia Cody Lacount/ Very impessive soph. great showing against Ayersman Chandler Carroll/ Justified his 5th place rank as a soph. Tommy Forte/ Look out!! Vincent Corsaro/ Another tough soph. didn't seem to get the lights in his eyes vs JT

formercat80
I saw in the newspaper this past weekend that Ferguson went 106, Davis went 126 with Bruce at 113 and Todrank at 132. Kuhn wasnt mentioned so I guess he skipped that one. Davis at 126 is a stretch for next year but 120 is not. Kuhn is small and could make 113 pretty easy.
