Fights in Warsaw Indiana

I've been hearing on the Warsaw Indiana radio station 107.3, that they're having fights at the Warsaw Armory Saturday night the 27th. Doors open at 6:00, fights at 7:00. An ex Warsaw High wrestler, Justin Brooks will be fighting!

Do many active college wrestlers actually compete in mma?  I would just think the coaches would frown on the actual fights.....not cross-training.  What weight is Brooks fighting at?

You are right.  He's still on the team.  I checked out IU's official roster on their website and he's still listed.

Kinser is all into MMA training and fighting.  I can see him try to stick with it following his college career.

I saw Kinser fight in a Golden Gloves match when he was like 15.  He's been fighting a while and should be an exciting fighter to watch in the future.
