Prayers your way!!!! Was there at the tourney, but did not see the injury. I would like to add that the Bellmont team is VERY good. Might be the most physically fit team that I have seen in a while. Class acts!!!! Get well young man.

Oh wait.... are you telling me some troll... oops I mean an anyomous first time poster, got on this board, made up a new screen name, and has a very unbiased (not) opinion on something! We never saw that before as our program has made huge strides to become a contender!!! Lol... same ol same ol. Not saying you are wrong friend, but this deserves a "cmon man!!!"

The Morans are a class act. Don't know them a ton, but have been around them some. I'm sure that they are doing what they think is best for the family as a whole. That should be the end of the conversation. As a man or parent, I am going to do whatever it is that is best for my family (as long as it is legal and doesn't cause physical damage to others). I am sure that the parents of the Moran boys are just doing the same. It doesn't matter the reason. A good tax paying family is just trying to do what they think is best for their children. Period! There should be no further discussion, by the powers to be. Let them wrestle. It appears that these matters are put forth to the IHSAA review committee. At 9:00am..... and last all day. ..... said every coach that has to explain to a parent that they have to be there all day so Johny can wrestle for his 15 minutes.

I predict that both line ups will not be as the rankings predict. Should be interesting. And yes jimmy... come down... it will be awesome to see you and Jmill hanging out. I will bring you guys some Avon popcorn for your first date!

Sure would be nice to have Trey Lane in the line up Danny! That was the plan when we started all this over a decade ago. Lane boys will always be missed in #TheCounty. It should be a tough dual. Just glad to see the progress that has been made on the Westside. I have been blessed to be around kids from both schools. Believe it or not, most of them are good friends and off season workout partners. Should be fun.

Looks like Hudkins lost to the champ (an NCAA qualifier from last year) by one in the semis. It also looks like after he lost to Hildebrandt in the wrestle backs, he had an medical issue. I hope that he is ok.

I think that our middle schools should try it. There is no doubt that we could get more middle schoolers to wrestle, if they do not have to wear singlets. I think that I will be pushing for this at the middle school level in my area. I think that we should start at that level here in Indiana. This little change could get more athletes out and grow our sport. My son would have many of his super athletic friends over on the weekend. They would goof around, put singlets on, and wrestle on our home mat. Those same friends would not put singlets on and wrestle at school. Some kids are just funny about that stuff at that age. Seems like when they get to high school, they lose that modesty and don't care. By then its hard to get them to get involved with our demanding sport (too hard).

No way!!!! I like to keep stuff like the magazine around. It's cool to look at years later. Seems to me to be a labor of love for Joe. I could be mistaken... but it seems that he does a lot of stuff for Indiana wrestling without money being his driving force. It would also be awesome if... Joe could put all of the new historical data that he is collecting into a publication. I would pay good money for something like that.

You all should have came to contenders tonight! Team Garcia and Miller were selling bootleg copies of the magazine out of the trunk of his car. Joe.... I was disappointed to see that this years magazine was written in sharpie and the pictures are finger paintings. Was happy to see that #TheCounty is holding down the top three team spots (I can't believe that you guys have Danville ranked third)! Anyway... awesome job (i guess). Thanks again to Garcia and Miller for my advanced "bootleg" copy!!! Btw... $20 bucks was a little much.... but oh well.

I expect we going to do it big in #TheCounty in November. It's at the burg. Dj two years ago. Both teams are really solid this year. Expect a huge show. What's in the cards coach??? Seymour bringing the petting zoo???
