    My guy Jaden Reynolds was underanked all year after a slow start. Looked absolutely awesome to end his season. Gave up 4 to start against Viduya but just about got him! I promise he will be coming for his next year! Proud of my guy!!!!

    I couldn’t agree more. I have many many college opens this year. A top NAIA, D2, Or D3 guy is just as good as a solid D1 guy. Kids go where the money is. You can’t judge a kid from their division. There are good kids in all divisions. Where you really start to see the separation is around the top 20 or 25 for the D1 guys. Those dudes are really good. With all of that said, the D1 guys do tend to finish pretty high at most opens. More so than the lower division wrestlers. As far as developing D1 talent, it’s our academies here in Indiana. I think all of our recent D1 talent has attended an academy. I would say that Chad Red is leading the way. He has The Who’s who of college coaches cycling through Red Cobra. Coach Red is always taking notes, asking questions, and showing top level stuff from the best college coaches. Good place to learn and get seen.

    My issue is with the other dude (Greg Rakestraw). He fills in on some sports talk radio shows down here in Indy. Just don't enjoy listening to him. He just rambles. Clearly does not know a lot about wrestling. Plus.... he doesn't know the difference between Peanut Butter and Jelly and Ham sandwiches. Smh

    Had a state champ at mooresville prior to coming over. But yes... he had a solid squad when he got to Avon. With that said, super good with the kids (on and off the mat). Great motivator and all around good dude. Lots of guys coach for a long time and never get a champ. Let alone four. Maybe more before it’s said and done. He’s a solid pick. Synder would be a good pick too. Always has his kids ready. #TheCounty

    Not true... @FCFIGHTER170 is the official collection agent / enforcer for TheCounty. He has stood behind multiple state champs of late. He’s a good dude that actually is working with kids to try to make them better. Not just a keyboard warrior like others. Just likes to pump his guys up. I know that we are having fun. But... I will stick up for guys who give of themselves and actually help kids. #BetterHaveMyNanas

    Watts loses to Jordan Decatur in the finals. They dueled penn state last night and came and won this today. Carson beats a solid Russian in the finals 14-3 to win his 4th open of the season. Had a runner up finish this year also. Putting together a very solid redshirt campaign. #ProudDad

    Mooresville regional sweeps Hwt in Evansville. Big day from unranked Dickens from Avon finishing 3rd. Been saying to watch out for him for a while now.
