    Don't let Y2 fool you he struggles with the same problems that most of us do. There are way more kids training from other schools than his at the practices.

    WOW!!! I move to Homestead and the conference disbands. I really didn't think the world revolved around me that much. I will truly be sad if my boys will not be able to compete in the NHC. I have always been proud to be a part of it.

    I thought it was a weird call also. But I heard the announcer say the first offense in overtime is a stalemate for hanging on the leg. Not sure if that is true or not. I also heard one of the announcers say Welch locked hands again when he was trying a cradle.

    It is all a matter of prospective. It always helps when you have a dog in the fight. And in my opinion there is no such thing as stupid wrestling, accept for the fake kind.

    Hmmm... I thought control was always the issue when it comes to takedowns.

    I can agree with that. Absolutely heart breaking.

    I watched the video. It was not a takedown yet. I love the firemans. And it is never a takedown until you pop your head out. Great firemans though I would suggest grabbing lower on the leg and throwing the opponent more away from you so that the head doesn't get stuck.

    My fault. For some reason my mind always put a R in there. I guess I am a little dyslexic. So you are Bigmak like By the way a few Carroll kids did this quite a few years ago.

    What does the word lobbying mean? If it means greasing some hands with money then I feel FILA did nothing wrong. Maybe this is an indicator that our sport still has morals.

    I know you were being tongue and cheek. But I actually have a problem with these 2 things and would love a committee that would be able to address these things. It is to hard for a ref to control everything around him and make sure the match is being scored correctly. So yes I would love to see a coach that is crossing the line when it comes to things like this get punished for it. It isn't the coaches wrestling it is the wrestlers. I can't stand a coach or referee for that matter that tries to insert themselves into the match.

    Not a bad argument at all. We just differ on what the ultimate goal is for some kids. My opinion is that for many of them it is punching the ticket and not bringing home the gold. Other than that we are on the same page.
