Yup we wrestled you guys there.. that was a solid tournament.. y'all team was tough with you Bobby, nate newport, Jake to name a few..I wrestled a kid named marlin I believe ..my friends make fun because I can remember a crap ton from those days lol.. I I can't remember if it was you or your brother that was beating Jesse Merk at SS.. had the legs in and got pulled under and was ticked off bad ..I wrestled Jerry Gordon from Lawrence Central that year the ticket round right after that if I remember correctly

We use to go to solid Lawrence Central 2 day tournament.. making weight on Friday and Saturday..we in turn destroyed thanksgiving on Saturday night.. good times

If you are gonna wrestle in college I am not for football honestly.. it's too risky to lose that opportunity to wrestle and have financial help because of it...Yea football might be fun but you could use that time getting better going to big tournaments for wrestling and maintaining wrestling shape..The risk out weighs the reward and being set back from your first love of wrestling is crucial. -

Reece was a freshman that got 4th at nc SS losing to jr Sayre (was suspended off our team for his sr. Year after qualifying 2 years already and would've been a top contender if personal reasons didn't come up)of NC by 10 and to Brady eppert by 3 iirc With danny Norman of new pal won the SS over Sayre 5-1 iirc

Jr. Trizton Carson@170 had very good off season..Carson brewer looks to be @170 he beat Trizton 8-5 at IHPO and few other times in freestyle in summer as well..
