    Its a tough line to balance. The goal should be to convince them that its good for them and they can be apart of something special. It can be hard if you're at a small school and team successes are few and far between. I know we use the goals of the Team State Duals to keep kids out. It could be a difficult thing for some schools but try and find an attainable goal for the team and make them feel like an integral part to that plan. These are things we have done in this situation and have had some success in keeping kids out. That being said we have also gone the other way done everything we could and they just don't react at some point you have to be able to realize you did all you could and its not worth you're time to pursue it any more.

    I believe he would have to make 106 scratch once before sectionals would def be a big change in the dual we have with em coming up in a few weeks

    Something I am throwing around in my head....would people be interested of watching a live stream of me going through the rankings. Id make a chat available and talk through my reasoning. If not I won't waste my time but could be a good view in to what we go through in this process.

    Just a reminder that anyone can add results here (I believe joe correct me if I am wrong) http://indianamat.com/index.php/page/individual_result.html I will be pulling all my result info before I start doing the next set from this data base so if anything is missing please add it to the database this makes mine and all other Rankings peoples lives a little bit easier.

    I was toying with putting Bethel ahead of Clark he is such a dangerous wrestler but in the end Jacob is a returning Placer. Also starting to get info I am working on a routine to get these updated onews a quickerror schedule so hopefully we can get more updates. A thanksmall to everyone who sent me info it will be a big help.

    He could compete D1 or be a Hammer D2-D3 kid. Either way getting that piece of paper is always the end goal...everything else is just gravy.

    its actually really exspensive to get the equipment to run a confident stream but yeah for a tourny this caliber it should be a given....especially with it using track
