  1. No I'm not a member, and it's none of your business why I'm not a member This thread is not about The IHSWCA, it's about the IHSAA. That's what I'm saying, let's stay on topic.
  2. Valentine's day survival kit: couple of chick flicks, some chocolates, and some Vday cookies.
  3. There has been a total of one person bring up IHSWCA proposals, one. Yet people get a chance to slam the Coaches Association and they jump all over it. There plenty of other things wrong with IHSAA, other than they won't vote wrestlebacks. How many times has schools that have rep's on the IHSAA board of directors caught a break, or gotten privileges and perks over other schools? Or atleast that is what people want to say. What would it hurt to have an oversight commitee? I doubt little would change other than a few meetings a year where they (IHSAA) has to report to the appointed commitee. It certainly wouldn't hurt to look into adding this measure. Or I guess since the IHSAA crushes the Coaches Association, and people on this board hate the Coaches Association, all is fine and the IHSAA is great!!!
  4. I'm not on my soap box b/c of the IHSWCA. There seems to be a level of corruptness and "good ol' boy" syndrome at the top, that's what needs to be addressed.
  5. I couldn't agree more with rep from South Bend. The IHSAA needs oversight.
  6. Great job putting the effort out, it's really appreciated by people like me who have nothing better to do!!
  7. Jennings County Sectional has 6 - Armand JC, The Killer R's from BC, and Millenbaugh, Colon, and Gill from CN
  8. Thanks for putting this up Greco Coach, I know that for the last 2 years the coaches survey hasn't made it's way into our Sectional Seeding meeting.
  9. That would be like saying the reason Illinois and Ohio are better than us is because they have class wrestling.
  10. Whatever happened to Reece Freeman?
  11. 125 - Tim Martin New Albany, 119 all year before bumping up to an extremely tough weight class for sectionals. Took 3rd at Sectionals, 3rd at Regionals, and won Semi-State. Good Luck this weekend Tim.
  12. What about the complaints from the Nevada Athletic Commission and Penn's Camp that GSP was lubed up? I'm a huge GSP fan, but if this is true it would put a black cloud over the fight.
  13. Because none of us drive kids all over the state for tournaments and state tournaments?
  14. What about during the show, in a suite?? Maybe Indianamat should look into doing that, like the coaches association. They provide some snacks and everything. It's a nice atmosphere to watch some matches.
  15. Let's not even wrestle the semi's. They take up way too much time. We could flip a coin and that be that.
  16. http://www.themat.com/section.php?section_id=3&page=showarticle&ArticleID=20270
  17. Are their tongue sandwiches any good?
  18. How about what class their school is in for bball??
  19. I guess I'll be the first to complain about the semi's at Eville. Very hard to follow, jumping around weights. I don't have a solution though, so I won't whine and complain to much. Any way Eville could start earlier since they are an hour behind the rest of the state? I was always upset that conso's and finals ran together, why not run conso's on two mats, then do finals?? If the decision is made to keep 4 mats down for semi's, what about running conso's on 4 mats?
  20. Does the Coaches Association give that out?
  21. Where were you coming from?
  22. I'm pages behind so this could be irrelevant. But isn't the IHSWCA open to all coaches, it's not the Illuminati. If people want to join, they can join. Sounds like it's coaches faults(like myself) for not joining, not the IHSWCA.
