  1. Well missed friday night because I was moving back to Indiana from Newport News Virginia but will make it to the finals tonight.
  2. Stevenson as a sophomore lost to the Champ (who now wrestles D1) in overtime, Stevenson placed 3rd that year. Sliga, well everyone knows his accomplishments. What has Berry done? not being a smarta** just curious to what his resume looks like. Goldman over Berry then Goldman over Boots Stevenson over Sliga 2-2 in 45 overtimes Stevenson over Goldman for championship
  3. you should be, one of the weight you got picked the top 5 in order lol
  4. yeah Williams was returning state champ I think and inj dflt at semi state which set up that matchup. I'm pretty sure Mora got top 4 the next year.
  5. I am surprised so many of you on here agree with the kid. I think you are just scared of girls, haha
  6. You did a great job at the rankings this year, as the results showed you were pretty spot on. Congrats and thanks
  7. Looking at the brackets Keif does have a pretty decent draw. Florida records are weird, like 48-13, 50-7, 54-6, 47-9, 54-3,54-9, Borsdstream is 59-0, rossi bruno is 59-2 (crazy he has two losses when I think hes beaten Tshirt before) then you got records like 36-18, 31-10, 34-17, 42-11, 26-10. I guess this shows the strength of schedule they wrestle
  8. Yeah if he beats Moreau I have him placing 4th
  9. Raley has a tough road to travel this weekend bu if anyone can win its him. A state Champ and a runner up finish is hard to beat
  10. Price vs. Schroeder is between two top 8 kids I have Whestine placing 4th!!! Vanhook vs Garcia............North vs. South can Dunkle pull off another upset? Michael Brown of Castle @ 130 will place 4th after getting 4th at regionals 140 Faurote vs. Reuger another North vs. South 145 Will Lannert of Mater Dei be last years Boots? 145 Helterbrnad vs. Scurria two one loss seniors 145 Will Richey crack on Friday night like last year? 160 Cant wait to see how this plays out 171 Bratcher vs. Stein, Stein has a huge mountain to climb to repeat 189 Biggest match of the day Sliga vs. Stevenson 189 Goldman (very underrated wrestler upsets Berry) 215 Knight upsets Krahl, Obviously I root for the Eville semi state 215 Cann Bass pull the upset? 285 The only person who can beat Meyer is himself
  11. I am pretty sure you are being sarcastic but in case you're not, but his older brother placed at state for Franklin and Cole wrestled for franklin his whole life except this year when all the Franklin kids transferred.
  12. Oh this is easy, Its DA REGION!....
  13. I have Boyd beating Van Horn and maybe even Rattay for he could very well lose first round to Van Horn. PJ is going to have a 2nd round showdown with wartman. My predictions 2nd place PJ 7th place Boyd I have to say the top half of 140 is stacked
  14. Y2 is working on fixing it
  15. 1 Sliga 2 Goldman 3 Stevenson 4 Boots 5 Berry 6 Dillenbeck 7 Neff 8 Johnson I am not sold on Berry yet and see Goldman upsetting him.
  16. If anyone does it will be Boomsma. He is a THREE time semi state champion but seems to not wrestle his best come the state finals. I think Boomsma will have too much strength coming down from 112 last year and with Boston being around 100lbs. His sophomore year at semi state he beat (Q)dylan hall 7-3 in the semi finals then beat(5) brian kuhn 7-0 in the championship. He went on to lose friday night to brian harvey 7-5. Harvey finished 6th. His junior year he wrestled 112 and won semi state again. Here are his state results from last year. beat Danny Rodriguez (34-9) by pin lost to Jared McKinley (46-2) 5-2 lost to Brian Harvey (39-6) 9-6 lost to Cody Kendle (36-7) by pin
  17. Now that the brackets are out 1 Bracther 2 Lynde 3 Stein 4 Manning 5 Parish 6 Smith 7 Hankenson 8 Frascella
  18. I know Phillips is a two timer but it was at 103. Everyone has him winning but he just got beat at semi state. He has to get through Que sr. 43-0.....Brooks jr.27-1 before he even gets to see Todd or Petrov.
  19. John Sims has a pretty good path to the state finals! Cody Phillips has a tough road to repeat as Champ 119 is stacked I can see a 4 over 1 Whestine beating James Qurioz and Willis 2nd round....ouchh!!! Sliga and stevenson meet in semis!!!!! Boots will make the finals!
  20. Eville gets screwed with how everyone paired up. Its like we got the toughest draw each weight
  21. Tshirt and him probably wont even be in the same weight class next year. Malloy is impressive a few guys standing in front of him are Harvey jr. 43-0 6th @ 112 last year BARROQUILLIO sr. 52-0 7th @ 125 last year If he wrestles like he did yesterday he will be a STATE CHAMP
  22. taking nothing away from Lefever but Mullins was in a tougher weight. 1. CONNER LEFEVER 12 40-0 2. TYLER RIMMEL 12 38-3 3. JOHN MAHLAN 12 35-9 4. CHRISTIAN HARVEY 12 37-5 1. Kirk Johnson 11th 47-1 2. Montrail Johnson 12th 45-1 3. Connor Mullins 11th 49-2 4. Dylan Frauhiger 12th 39-3
  23. Reitz had nothing to do with the "seeding". Top 4 regional finishers get randomly paired with the top 4 regional finishes of a random regional. And they are not really seeds. They are how the wrestler finished at regionals. Its the same format as the state finals. I agree that not the top 4 wrestlers advance but it is how it is.
  24. This is still a possibility, but i can see Willis beating a #1 on saturday morning. 1. Chad Welch 12 47-0 Castle 2. Tyler Rickenbaugh 12 47-4 Heritage Hills 3. John Sims 12 18-5 Evansville Mater Dei 4. Gabe Holt 12 36-5 Columbus North 1. Curtis Anderson 12th 37-0 Carmel 2. Tyler Willis 11th 42-1 Cathedral 3. Mitchell Judkins 12th 42-3 Speedway 4. Dezmen McGinley 11th 36-6 Greenfield Central 1. CONNER LEFEVER 12 40-0 CARROLL 2. TYLER RIMMEL 12 38-3 CENTRAL NOBLE 3. JOHN MAHLAN 12 35-9 BELLMONT 4. CHRISTIAN HARVEY 12 37-5 TAYLOR 1. Anthony Quiroz 11 30-0 Chesterton 2. Dusty Shurg 10 31-7 Crown Point 3. Cody Strange 12 39-8 John Glenn 4. Davon Alwine 12 40-4 South Bend Clay
