JORVILLE reacted to FCFIGHTER170 in The Fort Wrestling Facility
Veazy is all offense all the time and that's refreshing to see from a young big man that Wrestles with the speed and Aresenal of a 138 pounder and a gas tank to put a pace on guys, that breaks them and in essence he weaponizes his cardio and pace to break ppl..
I could see him winning multiple state titles and being a world class talent if he keeps on the trajectory he's trending at...I could very well see him having Allred-esque career In HS and who knows maybe even Parris like..I don't want to put too much pressure on a kid or get ahead of myself, but I genuinely see elite talent in many kids in Indiana and he's one of the young gunz I think will be a great Big man.
Glad y'all have stud of that caliber coming up and look forward to watching his journey and from what you're saying his father must be a very big influence on his success and overall prowess and development of becoming a great human being..
Scary part is this young man hasn't even begun scratching the surface on his full potential and could be in line to Continue IN success at the highest level beyond HS in college and beyond.

My son wrestled her in the finals for middle school state and she proved yesterday it was no fluke. She is definitely improving and a solid all around wrestler.

Np, the young man obviously trains like a champion constantly and every time I have ever seen him, he's better than the time before.. Looking forward to seeing him the next decade plus and all the greatness he achieves, y'all are doing a fine fine job with him and I know high level talent when I see it..
Not trying to put no unneeded pressure on him but I can't see him not capturing his share of IHSAA state titles and beyond.. My dear friend, has a stud son is younger than Evan, and we both always talk about how tough he is and the growth each time out.

Thanks for the recognition as Evan works extremely hard. I definitely wouldn’t mind Indiana allowing middle schoolers to do state . I believe Indiana talent level is on the rise and would have multiple middle school kids who could be successful before high school.

Evan Stanley impresses me every time I see him, that young man could contend at 106 in HS right now for a state title, imho.. He's not built like a middle school kid and wrestles like the national champ he is! Congrats to everybody.

Quinton Buckmaster in the last year has wins over Rianne Murphy and MSS Hunter Wagner. Also Heather Crull needs a mention as she was MSS Runner up. She also took 4th at 106 HS division Indy Nationals beating a semi state kid while losing 3-0 to kid who that and was a runner up at Frosh Soph State .

JORVILLE reacted to Mattyb in Freshman/sophmore state big matches
Soooo... your screen name is like one of those opposite nick name deals??? Like calling a big guy tiny or a tall guy shortdog.
I come to this conclusion that you are not a “wrestlewatcher”... because there was some of the best freshman and sophomores in the state there.
Take a look in trackwresting... most of the top few guys are very good wrestlers. But .. checking out track wrestling will give you an idea of who is who.

What about a school with multiple studs at one weight class. Last weekend a kid who was a back up 106 pounder beat a State Qualifier at Frosh/Soph State?

I would say that 7th grade class is pretty loaded with some other top kids. I think half with be Bulldogs just North and South

JORVILLE reacted to navy80 in Rianne Murphy?
Is she wrestling in high school? I looked up her middle school state results from 2019. Wow! She had wins over Ashton Jackson, Evan Seng, Dillion Graham, and Toby Billerman...
She’s wrestling on the undercard of a Penn State card that features Dake, Snyder, etc. Does anyone have additional information on her? Does she have a background in BJJ or Judo?
