With the recent passing of Coach Mike Atwood a great coach and man We have set up a scholarship fund in his memory. I wanted to share this with the Indiana wrestling community because I know Coach touched so many lives in this community outside of Delphi community. Please feel free to share as we try to get this fund up and running. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out to me and ask. I am attaching the flier on how to give and the criteria that was established by the board. Thank you for your generosity Bill Tabler The student athlete recipient criteria are as follows: - B average student (3.0 GPA) - 4 year athlete, 2 year wrestler - Does not have to be a successful wrestler - Displays leadership and leadership capability. - Hard worker - Puts in the effort - Team player - Displays good character and people would vouch for his character. Delphi Wrestling Yearly Contribution: - We will use the 50% contributed to the Delphi Wrestling Program to create opportunity for the student athletes and bring the program back to championship caliber status. ALL financial decisions and scholarship review will be handled by Tyler Mose , Michael Atwood , Braden Atwood , Brittney Atwood , and Head Coach Luke Schmit. We'll be continuing to add contributions to the account for years to come through various contributions and also the newly formed Coach's Cup golf outing (June 11 @10 a.m. Carroll County Country Club Golf Course).
