These are all good changes. One thing that should be done in the future is headgear malfunction and shoe lace malfunction placed on the same level. Penalize both, be patient with both, that doesn't matter...however it makes no sense that untied shoe laces means you are cheating and should be penalized, but headgear not fitting properly and/or falling apart means, "oh well, it happens, little fella. Let me help you with that."

I think all decisions need to be had at the very last minute. They have different data points almost everyday and as more data comes out I think it should change how this is approached.

The bad thing about these fundraisers is that companies and individuals that usually give money are hurting so it will be harder to solicit funds from people.
