I say if Ohio can seed their state tournament,  Indiana could pull it off also.   But of course this will never happen, because of the  stonewalling bureauracy of the IHSAA, that would never adopt a progressive idea like this that conflicts  with its traditional but static values.

In my research over the past 15 years of information, they have the 7 formulas and randomly select which one to use for each weight class. There has not been a similar pattern amongst them.
