maligned
Sarah gets drawn into a small bracket-half but has to face the all-powerful Japanese in her first match in the Round of 16. She gets teched 13-2. But if the Japanese wins her next 2 as expected, Sarah would be brought back into the repechage needing only 1 victory to be wrestling for bronze. Hopefully the UWW feed is better if she wrestles again. The feed was down during her first match so I actually have no idea how it went other than the score. maligned
The Japanese easily techs her next 2 girls and brings Sarah back in. She'll wrestle a Hungarian shortly for the right to wrestle for bronze. maligned
She drops a heartbreaker to Hungary after leading most of the match and falls out of medal contention. She showed she belongs at that level, but that she still has room to grow. Coach Harper brought some world-level cornering too. They'll be back soon. busstogate
Coach Harper is awesome for making the trip, as is Sarah for slugging it out under the big lights and having the discipline and ethic to bounce back so soon from down time. Indiana is doubly blessed. awood2
