If so can middle schools up north that do not of 5th graders on their team be able to add them for middle school state where other Indiana schools have 5th graders competing? DLane Posted January 3, 2014 Share Posted January 3, 2014 I think middle state should drop the 2lb allowance. They don't get the 2lb allowance at the Middle School Dual event in Danville, IL. Plus I think the 2lbs is to much for lower weights, their singlets weigh .3-.4oz and shoes don't weigh that much also. Just a thought Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Y2CJ41 Posted January 4, 2014 Share Posted January 4, 2014 I am just overly excited that the IHSWCA has been addressing the hard hitting issues in the state such as this or making a triangular count as two of the required dual meets. Who cares about promoting your marquee event or improving the organization with things such as an online payment option. Issuing this statement is a joke and worth about as much as the paper it was written on. This shows how misguided the priorities are within the IHSWCA.
