wrestler012345
I agree about Green. If he can't muscle his opponent to the mat quickly, he gases and doesn't bring much else to the mat...no pun intended. Can't easily complete a shot because of his short, over-muscular arms. If his opponents can get past the first period and have capable take downs, he can be beaten. A lot of his points are scored for opponents stalling. I think this will be a very good match, and I think the winner could win this semi-state
HeartBreaker
Does anyone know how many times green has been taken down this year;ZERO. Why? Great defense, great stregnth and speed and great wrestling abilities. You talk about Green gassing?? ??? I can tell you this from personal experience. Green doesnt gas he has great conditioning. Green will win the semi-state. everybody says he does nothing and is just defense. you guys must not have been at sectionals and regionals. two big high crotches are not really defensive moves the last time I checked. 6685109
Biberstine over Green? I don't think that'll happen any time soon, i like the rest of your picks, besides the fact i think reed can upset at 152.. and whats this? no love for bradley @ 19? I do not think that Tucker Smith will win at 130. Tony Lovejoy beat Tucker 17-6 last year watch it on you tube. Tony Lovejoy vs Tucker Smith. kevinl
I do not think that Tucker Smith will win at 130. Tony Lovejoy beat Tucker 17-6 last year watch it on you tube. Tony Lovejoy vs Tucker Smith. Tucker is a fantastic wrestler. He was not strong enough to wrestle with Lovejoy last year plus they wrestled several times and Lovejoy knew his best stuff. I know he has what is takes to make it to State this year That said, I am not sure that he will win, but I think he got a very good draw to make the finals. Then we will have to see. proudparentstn
6685109, What does Tuck and Lovejoy wrestling last year have ANY thing to do with this year? Lovejoy won LAST year, so what. Tuck has as good a chance to make it to the finals on his side of the bracket as anyone. Whether he does or not we won't know until Saturday. One thing we know for sure is that Lovejoy will not have any effect on the outcome of any of the matches at 130.
