Coach I don't think anything is in the water, I think its a great upbringing and being true to your sport. It's what the sport of wrestling is suppossed to teach us. Good luck to all the fine yong men and women of this wrestling state!

After watching Todd and Campbell wrestle the past 10 years, I would not say Campbell beating Todd an upset, both are fantastic wrestlers and great yong men. I would say anybody beating them would be an upset. It will be a great match to watch if it happens.

Campbell of NC defeats Smiley from Cathedral and Gettinger from Connersville Decker loss to Willis 8-4 in an excellent and fun match to watch possibly the preview to state finalsh finished day off at 4-1 Mullins was a no show didn't even make the bus Zach Rittenberry of NC 5-0 on the day

At Cathedral Campbell 120 of NC pinned Smiley in first and also moved up to 126 to defeat Gettinger from Connersville 8-4

Nice to see someone at South Dearborn finially sticking up for the wrestlers, it's been a long time coming!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nice job Mr Nobbe it has always been a pleasure to be around you.

May God Bless you all at Hanover. Brenden and Catherine told me the news this morning. The class that school displays on the mat is from the coaching they get. You all are some of the best individuals I've ever met. May the Lord comfort each and everyone in your community.

The Campbell's here in NC will pray hard for you. We had a scare this year also with our youngest son and he is no longer allowed to wrestle until Riley finds the cause of his problems. Its difficult but the Lord is with us all and only gives us what we can handle and he takes care of the rest. I know the feeling you are having and it does change you all the way down to your soul. Keep your head up and remember we may always compeat but were always there for one another no matter what the out come. God Bless you and your family.

Just a little note the score in the Todd Campbell match was 2-1 No takedowns in first bunch of outstanding scrambles second mason with the ride out could of given escape couple of times they went out of bounds third mason with the reversal a little over a minute left Campbell with the escape with about 18 sec left and score remained 2-1 excellent match between two very good wrestlers fans were not short handed. Nice job men

Mason Todd 2-1 over Campbell extremely fun match to watch both look huge can't wait until semi-state to hopefully see it again at 120#.

I do know that at the military academys they will be out in 4 years so military cadets don't have the luxury of a red shirt year. They do though have the opportunity to attend the prep school for their assigned academy before they start their 4 years of accademics at the academy. This is an excellent opportunity to get a year of college level experience while preparing ones self for the next 4 years. That might be what Runyon has done. I don't know so please don't quote me. Its just being associated with the military I kow they are out in 4 years and there is no red shirt year at the academys.

Here in a couple of weeks should be a Todd, Campbell match up that one will be a barn burner 2 men that love to brawl. -
Brenden Campbell signed his letter of acceptance to the US Naval Academy. Congrats young man quite an accomplishment, and best of luck compleating your life long dreams. You will be a great wrestler at the next level and quite a Naval Officer with that gold Trident upon your left chest!

The Way I see it, if I'm right the only ones left in are Malloy, Jackson and Brooks what a hard tourney good luck to those left in the lower weights. My computer is screwed up how are the upper weights doing?

People crack me up you say things about falling under the radar after a couple of tough losses. I for one would not want to wrestle someone like Phillips or Campbell if I was a highly ranked wrestler. Either of those 2 could destroy anyone at any time anywhere!

After many conversations with Campbell, as he has no excuses about the loss to Ayresman he is an excellent wrestler infact he says Kyle has one of the meanest cradles he ever been in. He says the loss was all on him he allowed the emotion of the tourney to get to him he fell victim thinking there was no way he could lose with 38 seconds left. Quite a big statement from such a young man he's going to go far. can't wait to see him wrestle this year he is a blast to watch. -
Keep up the fight Joe we here at the Campbell's will do anything you need of us. You and your family are some of the best people we have met since we moved here from Colorado 14 years ago!

Personally seen a 119lbr from New Castle bench 240, deadlift 360 and squat 320 -
I truely adore these 2 families but won't be able to attend the camp in time to donate, how can I make a donation on behalf of the family. I truely want to help but have to work until 4:00. If things go very well I think it would be a blast to see Campbell and Todd against each other in the finals. Still alot can happen just saying it would be fun both can brutalize their opponents physically. God Bless you and your family Josh,your in the prayers of all of us!

If this is true, The Campbell family is praying with all our might. The Keifer's are one of the classiest families I've ever been around. Remember when you see only one set of foot prints in the sand, it's because God is carrying you. If there is anything to help out let us know.
