    All sessions probably go on sale the 14th with Friday tickets and Saturday only tickets probably go on sale Friday night... I'm entirely guessing.

    The only thing I would say is wrestler G has no "head to head" wins so I would say the next criteria would at least get H the 6th seed.... but then again how his commons determined with this mind set?

    I remember about 5 years ago that idea was a possible suggestion, wins agains the field that is. It was going to be after commons but before record on the criteria list, but it was never brought up again after that.

    That may have changed from last year then because I know last year the weigh-in had to take place before the Monday it was due. I know because the situation came up last year and we were told by the IHSAA that all weigh-ins had to take place before the Monday they had to be submitted.

    I'm pretty sure it had to be submitted today but the last weigh-in had to take place before today. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

    I thought all meets were complete Saturday and weigh-ins were to be completed today.

    Just curious, and maybe I missed something, but is there a reason sectional seeding meetings aren't until Wednesday this year? In the past its always been on the Monday before I just didn't know the reasoning if there is one.

    On the ihsaa site it says $15 for 1 session or $25 for all... is that for the whole weekend if so I would assume you should be able to get tickets for both days at once unless I'm miss reading it.

    I imagine it would be tougher for Columbus north to do the trip for both than New Castle but I could be wrong on that.

    I believe Columbus north is going to Spartan classic which starts the next day.

    I've heard of Nate Moore and Jake Obrien facing off in the regular season in a year they both won state.

    I believe Girls golf takes place on a Thursday and Friday. Our girls golf team made it and Im pretty sure they left for state Thursday morning and started competing while school was still in session.

    wolf is ranked 3rd at 126 which is where I've heard he was going.

    Heres something to think about... so the Girls state tournament which includes a qualifier and the state finals takes place on 2 different weekends but only counts as 2 weigh-in points like a 2day meet... couldn't we do the same with this? Have qualifiers that lead to a team state finals. I know there's a lot of scheduling logistics involved but has this ever been something discussed or entertained. This would eliminate the whole qualifying based on guessing who are the better more deserving teams. You could do 8 qualifiers per class and leave it up to the schools to decide if they want to compete on the qualifiers... you can lock in the classes for 2 years and have every team that participates sign a two year contract like they would for a invitational. If you do it in tournament format it would only give wrestles 6-7 match compared to 9-10. matches if they participate in a 2 day super dual so IHSAA shouldn't have an issue with the match total. Maybe this isn't possible but it's an idea.

    I'm going to guess not though it would be easier with track but it would be hard to do a seeding meeting. With track though i think you can set criteria and separate based on that which they may do. Or they could just do a true blind draw, with track we wont have to worry about forfeits advancing farther than wrestlers in the conci. Track will also make it easier to redraw brackets if need be.

    I'm pretty sure he's no longer there if you look at the new coaches thread Connersville is listed as needing a new head coach I heard they have somebody I just don't know who. I'm very familiar with colten I just was under the impression he wasn't there anymore.
