    3 to 1, TD vs escape will only encourage more catch and release. It does nothing to incentivize working for a turn, which is supposedly the main objective behind the proposed changes.

    This interview about it sounds like purely promoting his brand. I never listened to him talk before, maybe that's just the way he is, but it comes off like a rehearsed WWE promo.     You talking about Crazy Bob's on Covert? My sister makes the drive across town for it and swears that it's worth possibly of getting mugged/robbed/car jacked for. I've never tried it myself.

    I don't understand the point of blackouts anyway. Their advertisers want to reach as many people as possible, so why deny access to viewers / potential customers? Seems counter productive to me.

    Los Tres Caminos on 41N, my go to Mexican food. And if you don't get a stromboli from Pizza King at St Joe / Franklin, did you really even visit Evansville? No.

    You mean MLB.tv streaming, I think. I have it in Evansville (Dodgers fan), yes they black out Cardinals and Reds games, home and away. And yes, it pisses me off.

    Not exaggerated. When the crowd thinned out by finals time, I put my coat back on. After all, there is ice below the floor.

    Not a huge upset, but how about Sent at 26 avenging a loss at team state to Reyes with a very literal last second td! Was that a lat drop? I'm not technically very well educated.

    This question has possibly been asked and answered before. Why does the Big10 take 19 days off between the end of the dual season and the tournament?

    From Evansville; Jaws hit the floor when Logan Bickel decked Layne Gilbert in rd 1. Reid Schroeder had electric wins over Gunnar Henry in the semis, and John Purdy in the final. And yes, the Luke Kemper last second comeback was epic.

    It was difficult to tell what that particular ref was calling all day. His whistle was barely audible, and his hand motions when awarding points, calling falls, etc were very passive and easily missed.

    That wasn't Rooks, it was freshman Joey Showalter. Gilcher wrestled a very competitive match with Haines at 57. Washington got the first td and kept it close with Starocci for a while, but after eventually getting majored, his post match antics were bush league and no class.

    Evansville sectional is at Central HS, regional at Castle, semi state (hosted by Reitz) at Ford Center.

    In the interest of full disclosure, the majority of the crowd on the table side of the mat was Iowa fans.

    I was there today vs Iowa, the place was absolutely packed to the rafters. The roof nearly came off when Ramos took Lee down, to his back, and I thought had him pinned for a split second, only to eventually get pinned himself. Filius looked good in his win, and Coleman got the only other W for PU. Default at HWT, they have nobody available to run out there?

    At 106, Alstadt (MD) wrestled his a$$ off in the L to Thrasher(CG). Gave himself a chance in a total mismatch on paper.

    New guy here. I very well may, from E'ville. Never been to an IU meet before, best as I can tell it's non ticketed. Am I wrong? Any chance it fills to capacity and a guy is left out in the cold?
