Defending state champion Penn is ranked No. 6. Warren Central received seven first place votes, while Portage and Penn each got one. UncleJimmy Posted December 11, 2015 Share Posted December 11, 2015 I'm not overly familiar with this system, so I'm sure there's a simple explanation. Are there only 8 voters? There's only 8 total 1st place votes in parentheses so I deduce that if there were, say, 100 voters there would be 100 total 1st place votes?
