any big duals that should be close. or possible rematches from earlier in the season. Possible team under the radar that could pull off a team upset.

Im looking forward to the Bloomington South vs Franklin and one facing Perry Meridian should also be some great individual matches as well in both of those matches. Franklin vs Perry Meridian i would like to see but dont know if they can pull it off versus Bloomington South.

Just so I have something to be happy about after writing all this down and realizing just how stacked Yorktown is, I put all of the seniors in BOLD.

Counting the minutes before the Portage team regionals.   I'm really thinking the BullDogs are gonna repeat.  But the "Maldonaldo" factor is always a threat. Not to worried about the Munster Mustangs, but the Portage Indians are a dangerous bunch.  Can't wait, bottom line.

nothing wrong with confidence/excitement in your team but i honestly dont think portage has a chance versus crown point/merriville. but good luck to your bulldogs

That's assuming Bellmont uses that lineup, expect to see some jockeying.

I'm unclear as to the format of this team tournament.

Does the winner (based on team points) from each of the individual sectional tournaments gain entry?  Or does every IHSAA team get entry?  Or what?

Gracias!

The team with the highest team points from each individual sectional wins the team sectional. Then it is dual format thru the state finals.

Bellmont doesn't have a whole lot of depth right now at the JV level. They do have a really good JV 215, but he won't be of much use tomorrow night.

This is by far the best lineup Bellmont has, a heck of a lot better than at the beginning of the year, but it doesn't seem like it's going to be enough.

Bellmont's chances based on probability of win:

160-Hankenson

189-Thatcher

215-Bultemeier

152-Mahlan

140-Busse

285-Meyer

135-Faurote

That is one tough set of 7 matches to try and pull out.
