  1. Perry wins 57-10.. Franklin wins 59-15. Next round is Franklin/Perry and Penn/LN.
  2. Perry up 27-3, don't know what weight. Scoreboard still says 52 . . . Franklin up 13-9. Kriech beat Spencer 6-2.
  3. Perry up over Penn 21-0 at 52. Franklin up 10-9 over pike at 52
  4. I believe Blake Mauer bumped up 2 classes to 215 in 2004 against Portage.
  5. Finally! Someone at the top of the bracket whose signature move is the wrist roll . . . !
  6. I believe Martinsville is to be the host site for the old Greencastle Team Regional this year.
  7. There will just be the 5 teams already mentioned. Roncalli dropped out.
  8. I am surprised that no one has requested that these Pick'ems contestants be broken down by semi-state (if not regionals AND sectionals), so we could finally know which area of the state has the most knowledge . . . Then, of course, someone would HAVE to rank them, and provide over/under for next year . . . (WHAT off-season . . . ?) ;D
  9. realwrastler160: theckman has just calmly given his opinion. Although you disagree, you surely don't mean what you posted. Knura had a great run through the tournament, finishing off a great year. Whether it was a bad call or not doesn't diminish that. He'll be back next year, and better for it . . .
  10. abcd: Obviously, Mater Dei?s program is and has been at the top in Indiana for some time. But using your logic, Mater Dei wouldn?t meet YOUR strict definition of an ?elite? program, since they brought ten wrestlers to Semi-State (one more than Franklin), and advanced ?only? two (same as Franklin) . . . Just the mention by lowsingle of Franklin brought out your quick, negative response. Whose team were you at the Semi-State to support?
  11. My guess is long before Goebel learned how to tie a necktie . . .
  12. Better bring yer Ibuprofen, then . . .
  13. That is a much more appropriate response, poptart125.
  14. I don't recall exactly, but I believe Franklin won with 240 pts or so, followed by CG with around 180 or so.
  15. Trying to access the Avon sectional, I get an error message saying "File doesn't begin with "%PDF-" I am able to open the others. Is there a problem with this one file? Thanks
  16. 135 - Cole Van Horn (Franklin) 140 - Austin Bowman (Franklin) 145 - DJ Dickenson (Franklin) 160 - Jake Hockenbury (Decatur Central) 215 - Evan Wooding (Mooresville)
  17. Yes, BD did beat Franklin 40-28. Franklin lost 3 kids during the tournament leading up to the final match against BD - 171 to DQ in the Holt match, 125 and 135 to injury in the Brownsburg match. Their 189 was already out before the tournament. Not an excuse, BD won, but Franklin losing while wrestling 4 JV kids might explain why BD hasn't moved up in the polls.
