ended up 3-2..moody was up 2-0 going into the second i believe then griesemer got a takedown, moody escaped before 2nd was over, then rode griesemer out the entire 3rd

Yes they wrestled during titan duels and Hirsch won by fall.I believe Hirsch was winning by 2 late in the second when it happened.

Im going for Stevenson at 189 in a VERY close match with Sliga, i think he would have himself a state championship from last year had he not been hurt... too many people have seemed to forget what he has done, i watched him dominate Rosebrock last year 10-1 with Rosebrock only scoring by being cut loose and then watched Sliga have a pretty close match with him for 3rd at state... I really couldnt tell you who will win this matchup but Stevenson should NOT be counted out by any means -
I would have to say Haire made a bad choice by going 171, i think he would have had a forsure shot at top 3 at 160 but now at 171 its all a tossup

hmm i would predict Ervin to win by at least a major dec. against Goebel.Ervin is a stud and won this tourney last year as an 8th grader, i dont see anyone getting in his way of doing the same thing this year..

VanHook did not make weight on either scale, i witnessed the whole thing.. i saw him walk over to his coach with a terrified look on his face and said he was .1 over on one of the scales and .3 over on the other..but he did also say he was right on when he first got there but not the official weight-in

Ill second that.. everyone was angry about this..VanHook is a very good wrestler but rules are rules, if you dont make weight you dont wrestle...or soo i thought... ???
