  1. Who cares. I didn’t have a dog in the fight. I don’t recall making a prediction. As matter of fact I have never predicted an EMD or Avon wrestler or team to win or lose (ever). See I’m a person who gives to kids. I would help an EMD kid just the same as a Avon or Brownsburg kid. As matter of fact, I have been a team leader and / or coach on multiple national teams that have had current EMD wrestlers on them. See I don’t predict wins or losses because I know what these kids go through to be great. I hate to see any of them lose. If you actually knew anything about anything, you would know that. With that said... Another Ill informed and ridiculous post. Just stop before someone finds out who you really are and you look like even a bigger idiot.
  2. Now that's soooo true. With that said... I have been going after good ol @PhillyFanMD. He is just a kid on here running his mouth and busting chops. Sits behind a screen name and takes shots at people and other kids. It is really kind of funny though. I think @V and M's Dad has a troll issue on another thread. It happens. We all know guys like him. Real EMD fans and parents are some of the finest people that I have ever met. Congrats to Brody on a great win! He can make a deep run this year. Good luck young fella! #KingTroll #DontArgrueWithTrolls
  3. Lol... I personally do not. That would be another person that lives with me when he comes home from school. You would have to ask him about that. But you probably never would because more than likely you would get hurt. Smh.. But my son was never a dark horse. Cole isn’t either. IMO D1 wrestlers eat trolls! #KeepTrying
  4. So you consider the 4th ranked kid an underdog or dark horse? Another STRONG post by this dude!!! Smh
  5. Here is mine... Owen Sego. Nothing would make me more happy than to see this kid make a deep run or win it all. At 170, he is a complete wild card. He has the experience and a proud angel looking down on him. That could be all that he needs!!!
  6. Saying rankings don’t mean anything is absolutely false. I can speak from experience. As soon as my son hit some national rankings. His phone, instagram, snap, and whatever else blew up with college coaches contacting him. Elite travel teams look at our state rankings to recruit guys. That leads to national exposure against the best kids. I bet it was the same experience for every other nationally ranked kid over the last several years. With that said.... don’t try to fly under the radar. Let people know who the kids are. Promote, promote promote. I know you all got sick of all the Avon Youngunz stuff. With that said, 8 kids that were on those teams are wrestling in college. Keeping them relevant and ranked as high as possible put them on radars. I love what the young Crown Point program is doing. I bet most of us know their starting line up. Their fans are pumped and are promoting the hell out of their kids. Keep it up Crown Point!!!
  7. This can be summed up with two words which were coined by the great poster on this site @PhillyFanMD ”Super Frosh” Super Frosh eat state placers!!!!
  8. Nope... he was knocking the rankers. Without doing his homework, which is no surprise. Can’t let him knock our “ranking committee”! @ontherise219@TripleB and the boys are the best in the business! Here is his statement. “Somehow the ranking committee ranks a freshman with zero high school matches under his belt higher. Is Cheaney Super Frosh like Mendez???“ @navy80 asked if they wrestled before. TrollFanMD just was doing what he does. “Wildcats eat.... blah blah blah” #DoYourHomework
  9. You got anymore of them bananas???
  10. Or maybe they wrestled at the IHPO??? #DoYourHomework Btw... two of my absolute favorite wrestlers. Yes... a EMD wrestler is for sure one of my favorites. Great and very respectful kid!!
  11. That’s cool and all... but... is that in the conversation for the toughest tourneys? With that said... I saw you at Disney... I like what your doing! Keep it up!!!!
  12. Portage, Avon and Brownsburg have went to the Brecksville Holiday tourney the last couple years. I personally think that it is harder to win then our state title. On a national scale its right behind the best tourneys like Ironman, Beast of the East and Cheese Head. It is on a Sunday this year, so no Indiana teams this year. Avon will be going to Medina this year. I asked a couple Ohio kids last night about that one. They said it’s not quite as tough as Brecksville, but pretty darn tough still.
  13. Got Franklin Central too. They’ve been making some noise of late. What?????...... too soon???
  14. Lots of Indiana boys at Lindenwood Open yesterday. Marian IU and Purdue kids there. Wabash was up in Wisconsin. Im up in Cleveland today. Got a couple guys up here today at storm open. Asa gets his first college title!
  15. Lots of Indiana kids at Findlay Open with UIndy there. Jordan Silvka got runner up. Can somebody paste results?
  16. I second that! You guys made a long drive back from Cleveland, after a tough day, enjoyable. And.. the production just keep getting better. Very impressive. Thanks for doing these fellas!
  17. @navy80 don’t forget Slivka. He had a good day. Gold Division 157 Jordan Slivka's place is 3rd and has scored 13.0 team points. Champ. Round 1 - Jordan Slivka (Ohio University) won by decision over Johnny Lovett (Central Michigan) (Dec 2-0) Quarterfinal - Jordan Slivka (Ohio University) won by fall over Cameron Jenkins (Ashland) (Fall 9:00) Semifinal - Brady Barnett (Cleveland State University) won by decision over Jordan Slivka (Ohio University) (Dec 14-7) 3rd Place Match - Jordan Slivka (Ohio University) won by decision over Jordon Tague (Notre Dame ) (Dec 9-4)
  18. Lots of Indiana guys wrestling in this this weekend (Sunday) over in Cleveland. It’s on track. Good mix of smaller and bigger teams. Should be a good one.
  19. U Indy us getting a great kid! Congrats to Ray and the whole Rioux family!
  20. Gil worked out with my son some last year. Helped him a lot. He’s a great man and a great mentor. Multi-time police and fire games champ too!
  21. The slam call on DJ Washington was very controversial. He lifted the kid up and put him straight on his back. DJ was to the side and looked to hit the ground with the kid. I was talking to Nick Willhams grandpa when it happened. He is a high school and college ref. We both agreed that a slam should not have been called. The kid that got returned to the mat is a great kid. He used to live in Lawrenceburg and moved to Cincinnati for high school. Unfortunately he suffered a stinger as the result of the impact and could not continue. I truely believe that if he could of continued he would of. As matter of fact, he tried and was told no by the trainers. Just a bad call and bad all around deal. DJ did great today.
  22. Lots of young Indiana talent doing well in fresh / soph division at MSU open.
