    I agree. His first win over Hawk I attributed to a bit of overconfidence but the gap is getting bigger in 2 and 3. I don't see anyone beating him(of course I didn't see anyone beating Hawkins a month ago)

    Close to that level would be Porras vs Martin I think both just took their first losses however Porras losing was probably more surprising. I think he'll get a shot at revenge in the finals

    I know he gave Tsirtis all he wanted in their first meeting so I assumed he would handle Clark (shows what I know :-[) and meet him at SS in the championship.

    I think he said it tongue in cheek. Heck a lot of matches I look forward to don't even happen due to an upset or injury so who knows how this will play out.We have enough depth in Indiana wrestling that even having the so called top 2 meet before the championship leaves plenty of top guys to face the winner, I answered with a final I would have thought very possible had the brackets gone otherwise but I don't think anyone seriously is upset by good matchups a little earlier.     Another scary foursome is at 135 with Acuna#11 vs Berryman #2 and Hiestand #3 vs Rueger 42-2 #19 and a State Qualifier last year

    Maybe my math is bad but I thought that with 16 wrestlers you had to win two straight to get a ticket out of semi state so 4th would be 2-2

    For the sake of your argument I removed the State Champs from those 3 schools and discovered the remaining Merr SS schools produced 14 Stae Champs over the last 4 years. There are 56 total titles available during this time period however those won by memebers of the three aforementioned schools are not considered so the Merr SS won14/42 remaining titles or 33%. You may need to remove some more schools to get down to 25% and place Merriville equal with the others

    Comprehension is a part of reading. He said that if you take the top 3 from merr and compare the remaining SS to any other SS MINUS its top 3 Merr would be stronger.

    Munster has 2 with Mcgill and I think he wrestled other region guys for the title both times. Doesn't Calumet have at least 3 titles and Valpo has to have some. I know Churchard wrestled Roach all the way to state to get his.
