  1. they would give them one heck of a match i wouldnt count them out!!
  2. not going to try to get ahead of myself but a great shot at 9-1 for the day for the Cavemen... thats amazing if i say so myself!!
  3. good win for binion.. the dark horse is here.. watch him make a run
  4. wow... im kinda shocked even though fisher was a 1
  5. read the freaking article. he was caught shoplifting and almost lost his future. he had college at a great school with a scholarship to continue wrestling because of his surroundings. no maybe that wasnt his only motivation but he looked at other schools before settling in with mishawaka because their program is a family where guys dont bring eachother down and put each other in jeopardy. snyder doesnt recruit, if he did we would have had justin brooks, taylor march, stahl earlier and many others at mishawaka. they run a competitive open room which is open! people went there to get better and go at the best in the state such as harper and sandefer and company. honestly i dont care what you have against mishawaka because all your posts are anti-mishawaka and i really dont care. mishawaka hasnt done anything wrong this year minus win and accept a wrestler into their family who was in jeopardy of losing a future. if memorial had a problem with it they could have complained but they didnt. so you really should declare who you are to be calling out a high school athlete and question the decisions his family made for their son and looking out for his future not just high school wrestling.
  6. really awood? who do you think you are? a feel good story about a kid who got caught shoplifting and almost ruined his future wrestling and collegiate career in the process. who are you to call out a high school athlete who was going down the wrong road. he is 17/18 years old learn how to handle yourself.
  7. tsirtsis wont pin, binion beat gregory as well. and saroff would lose to sarah. you are right though it wont be close just in a different way bud.
  8. Before you point out the fact that I am a Mishawaka fan please disregard that fact. IMHO 215-HWT are 12-0 for Mish. in this scenario you took all bonus points away from Mish and gave CP almost unrealistic bonus points. Danny Abu can swing his match with the way he has been wrestling to get to state. Schrader has shown he can keep with Tsirtsis and Martsolf will be well and rested for team state. I agree twith whoever said it i believe that Yorktown is the only team with a legitimate claim to contend with Mishawaka. Just an opinion though. Not saying the other teams arent good enough, just that I dont think they have made up that kind of a gap to stop a team that is sending 10 individuals to state
  9. you can talk about a bad draw or what could happened but it doesnt matter in all honesty. the wrestlers going to indy have earned it and worked hard. not saying others didnt but if a wrestler is supposedly getting a bad draw and cant get out, then they arent truly a champion? not saying they arent quality kids who should place in state, but the tournament is to find a champion, sometimes its who is hot at the right time. just an opinion, and i am a fan of 4th place guys gettin the shot to wrestle the #1's and have a chance and have no wrestle backs
  10. penn... look for them to take over and get the best of mishawaka next year possibly. harper is doing a great job. but dont count out the way that snyder can rally his guys and get them to step up
  11. schrader was down by 2 or 3 i believe and went for a desperation throw and got caught
  12. 103 : Cody Phillips d Paul Petrov 112: Paul Beck d Kyle Ayersman 119: Alex Gregory d Brandon Nelson 125: Brandon Wright d Jordan Hicks 130: Jason Tsirtsis d Nick Schrader 135: Brannigan Barlow d Mason Berryman 140: Franky Porras d Justin Beck 145: Eric Roach d Doug Welch 152: Ryan Stahl d Chad Welch 160: Sean McMurray d Anthony Quiroz 171: Michael Duckworth d Andy Wiseman 189: Braden Atwood d Michael Johnson-Jones 215: Christian Lentz d Nathan Cleveland HWT: James Travis d Travis Thomas
  13. of course sean. you are one of the most entertaining wrestlers to watch. outside of those mishawaka guys of course!!
  14. Trace Hall (#4) over Tony McGinley (#1) last year. no stud is safe
  15. duck, honestly you need to learn when to stop. you put your foot in your mouth way too much. you call out different wrestlers and then when you are right once you expect everyone to praise you on this board. Sean is the real deal, he has proven it. not to say that means give sean the title now, but you just need to stop putting your foot in your mouth duck.
  16. Trust me I thought the same thing. But to compare in a sense to Sandefer last year, Steve beat Trace Hall all year and finally Trace got one and Steve used it and didnt look back and took state. Now, Nick has had Clark's number twice and Clark got it back, I would love to see how strong Nick will come out this weekend
  17. I think Jackson vs Schrader could very well not be as one sided if the match-up were to come in the semis. Expect Nick to come back hungry after 3rd at Mville
  18. Mishawaka is sending 10 wrestlers to state.. wow
  19. #4 Danny Abu from Mishawaka at 189 punching his ticket to state!
  20. 10-4 Layten Binion going to state!! there was my darkhorse
  21. 119 #3 Layten Binion is up on #1 Marc Escobedo 6-2 in the 3rd.
  22. layten binion 119 from mishawaka and sarah hildebrandt 103 from penn
  23. Mishawaka would win at 103, 119, 130 and it would be close at 125
