I think there will be some good individual matches but as far as the team score merrillville doesn't match up against cp. I can see a 20 point win for cp. I also agree that it's the coaches decision to bump up kids.

I heard a RUMOR that Reggie Wright left East Chicago. Does anyone have any info on him? That was a little surprising considering their new AD. Also has anyone been hired at Whiting or Andrean?

Cael loses ends up fourth. Varner wins bronze medal. For those interested flowrestling has most of the matches up already. -
Billy Maldonado was an all-American at Iowa State.

His matches are on YouTube I'm on my phone and not sure how to post them but if you search Cael Sanderson northeast regional they will come up. I almost forgot how easy he makes that ankle pick look. He also looked pretty big and in good shape.

It would have been nice to be able to watch these matches online. How did the match at 135 go. I'm guessing he was stalling pretty bad for the ref to call it in ot.

I agree it would be extremely difficult to seed. What rankings do you use indianamat's, the coaches or do you get all top 8 coaches together to seed themselves. That would be a very interesting seeding meeting. PM, MD & CP all could of made a case to be seeded first prior to the tournament. Blind draw is the best I think second would be geographical.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family and the cp wrestling team. I have children around that age and could not imagine what you are feeling. I would not even be able to think about wrestling. Like others have posted this puts everything in perspective. Everyone should tell your kids, parents and family that you love them every opportunity you have. We (my family) will say a special prayer tonight for Briana.
