  1. I realized my mistake as I was falling asleep. Thanks for the heads up. My bad.
  2. Here's what I got. May be way off, but that's why they wrestle. 106 McCartney HA (Looks really tough this year) Bowling AT Patrick LJ Gordon RI 113 Johnson LO (Seems to be ahead of the field) Wright KO (Returning SQ, can’t count him out) Summers MA (Looks impressive) Wade HA 120 Anderson LJ (Looking really tough, should handle this weight class) Betourne HA Plunkett RI Wable MU 126 Porter LO Wade HA (Definitely can win this weight class, we will see if the weight drop helps) Gibson MA Ellis LJ 132 Maggard MA (Heavy favorite) Dominguez LO Magallanes LJ Oldham HA 138 Krintz HA (Seems to have adjusted well to the weight change, and should do very well) Brown MU (Very strong senior; may surprise some people) Ensign LJ Allen KO 145 Jones LJ (Seems to have edge here) Morgan MC Roberson KO (Very tough, and could easily be in the finals) Glenn HA 152 Grammer LJ (Very strong, and will have the edge here) Carmona MA Chase MC Cudworth HA 160 Bane RI (The returning State Runner-Up looks really impressive, as always) Ingle HA Gonzalez LO Simmons LJ 170 Barbary KO (Very athletic, and has all the tools he needs to win) Aho LO Fair LJ Dilts AN (Very tough, and can potentially make his way to the finals) 182 Mathis HA (The senior seems to be way ahead of the pack) Ward LO Brown AN Reyes MU 195 Collins LJ (Very strong and a very good athlete, should have a good showing) Conley HA Herrera KO Moore MC (Dropped from 220, hopefully it helps) 220 Baldwin LJ (Has really improved and likely will be on top of the podium) Crider HA Fox KO Bourke AN 285 Rogers LJ (The senior has been very impressive all year long) Hodge MA Saylor AN Chase MC Team Lafayette Jefferson Harrison Marion/Anderson/Logansport
  3. It already occurred. The brackets are up in the brackets section.
  4. Looks like it is going to be tight race with Jeff and Harrison. I think Jeff pulls it off this time. Any thoughts for top 4 at each weight?
  5. I just saw that after I posted. Thanks. Would also like to hear about some matches seen in person. Looks like west Lafayette and Hamilton heights had pretty good showings.
  6. Would like to hear how some of the matches went at the Hoosier Conference. There is about 6 teams in it that are also in the regional. Could be a good indication of how regionals may go.
  7. This used to be a very hot topic around this time in the season. Would like to still hear some results. I heard Reitz won at 120, but that is all I have heard.
  8. Chad was wrestling tough, but ended up giving up the first takedown. Then Penn just punched to far tricep, locked up a cradle and put him to his back. Definitely not caught, but I'm sure that will not be the end result if they wrestle at the big ten championships.
  9. On track it has MD giving up a forfeit at 113. Is that correct?
  10. On track it has Kleimola winning 13-3.
  11. Craig of reitz defeated Miller of north posey today at the Harrison ten way 9-6.
  12. Yes, in 2009 and 2010. he finished 3rd in 2011, and defaulted his senior year.
  13. You can also add Bryan Kuhn of Reitz to that weight class. He never got a title, but definitely deserves being mentioned with this group of athletes.
  14. I would throw Tyler Ferguson from Reitz in there as well. The kid is a warrior. Has been battling a back injury and came in to the state series with one match behind his belt. He improved each week in the series, finishing his career getting fifth in the state tournament. Got a pretty nice black eye to finish off his career as well.
  15. That's just as bad as ferg and reitz first round, as well has hatch and Gomez.
  16. And for 5 other weight classes..
  17. top 4 in order 106.) Anderson, McCarthy, Randell, Webb Anderson looks really tough and with the right draw could make it to state 113.) Miller, Johnson, Ordway, Ball Miller is a big, tough senior who could place at state..the ticket round match between Ball and Zaldivar will be one to watch 120.) White, Porter, Grimes, Watson White seems to be ahead of the field..also if there is a rematch between grimes and Watson, hopefully it doesn't come down to a locked hands this time 126.) McGreevy, Ragen, Wade, Erdman Yes, all LJ sectional. this group is all so close and could be in any order 132.) Strawsma, Jones, Carden, Alvarez ill take Jones over Carden, leading into a repeat of the LJ championship match, with strawsma pulling out a close one, I feel as if the first match up was a lot closer than the score showed 138.) Lukaszka, Grammer, Widner, Morgan Lukaszka really impressed me at Sectionals, he could make a good run this year. Grammer and widner will be a very close match with the winner facing a very tough Lukaszka 145.) Schrock, Pullins, Easterday, Adams Schrock seems to be the clear favorite here 152.) Armuth, Mayhew, Jones Russell Based on records this will be a very exciting match between two very tough kids 160.) Fritz, Pusey, Skomp, Haywood Fritz and Pusey have similar styles, this is one you don't want to miss 170.) Mote Pruitt, Munson, Mathis Mote still doesn't look like his old self, but that wont stop him from a Regional title, also Mathis pulls off the 4 over 1 upset 182.) Wright, Garpow, Embery, Baldwin This weight will have close matches throughout the day 195.) Brown, Kidwell, Collins, Conley This is a tough weight to pick any order, all have an equal chance of winning 220.) Meyer, Rogers, Watts, Trent Rogers pulls off a big upset(he took a tough Meyers to a 4-3 match at sectionals) Meyers picks it up and finishes the day strong 285.) Kern, Hopkins, Reinhart, Crosser Kern is still ahead of the field and should get a Regional title. Just my thoughts, could be wrong but I have it as LJ sectional gets 39 through, compared to TL having 17. Lets hope for a good day of wrestling, and I wish everyone the best of luck.
  18. I'm really looking forward to a Jones vs Strawsma match as well as Gammer vs Lukaszka. I think these two matches will be very close. any predictions on these matches?
  19. I think the race for team, will still be between Jeff and Harrison, but both west side and BC have some good potential to compete. Any thoughts on individual weight classes?
  20. I assume most seeding meeting are wrapping up. When will they likely be released to the public?
  21. True, but I meant around the state, in their respective weight class.
  22. What is it then? I'm very curious now, do you think they are avoiding tough competition?
  23. I and I'm sure some others would love to know the way you look at it.
