Merriville was the toughest Last Year ! This is a new year and the Castle semi-staters are a little tougher and more seasoned than we were last year. We should have a little better showing this year... Good Luck To All the Kids who worked their buts off to get to State....

The Evansville officials did a fantastic job . I didnt see any bad calls all day.

Ervin Amazing at 103... I seen him in Illinois as a 6th grader and he flat out dominated a tough tournament.. One of the best Ive seen around this area , along with Mark Hall and a handfull of Indiana kids. Good luck at KY State Tournament.

The South has Dominated everything for 10 years or better , and you are correct in saying that the north is the new sheriff in town , but where are we going to draw the line thru the middle of the state. Lets say Indy and everything South of that.. Count your cahmps now?

It was a great tournament , and it seemed to run smoothly. I didn't have enough time to run to the men's restroom , and grab a coke and some popcorn for the kids , and get back to my seat before the next round. With all of the talent that was there , I could have stayed there all night. It was incredible , and my kids loved the sound and light show as well.. GREAT JOB !!!!!

Stop buying the Evansville Courier and Press , and make your stand . I quit buying the paper two years ago , because of the lack of coverage the wrestlers get....... -

Eric -- Thanks for taking the time to write.. I let my 11 yr old read it , and he was motivated. I tried to explain what an IVY school consists of , and how hard you had to work to obtain a scholarship. It just takes two state titles and a very high GPA. Conradulations !!
