    The Region has been talked about for years, with good reason. It has only been recently that Southern Indiana has been the topic of choice. Let us bask in the glory for a little while before you steal it away again.

    I think Hart spent his freshman year at the Jordan brothers' alma mater, Wisconsin.

    Shawn wrestled for North. I believe he started attending North at the start of his junior year, before that he was at South.

    Maybe MTV will take on Strikeforce and play it after Bully Beatdown. If Mayhems performance is Strikeforces idea of trying to gain an audience or gain credibility then they are a joke. Dana would have shut his playground antics down right off the bat. I don't really know why he thinks he can beat Shields, Jake smothered him the last time they fought and his so called ground game was non existant. I guess he will just have to wait for Dana to call Shields up so him and Henderson can fight for the belt.

    You never know what the powers that be will or will not allow. I assumed because of excess violence, I've seen topics deleted that were more harmless than this. What was the word on Hendo's back injury anyway? Not trying to take away from Shields but he clearly didn't look like himself.

    Why would they not just wait until his college wrestling career is over? They will probably have to add 2 more national titles to that sign.

    I believe there was one more that made it 4 times and did not place. There was a kid from FW Snider I believe a few years ago that was in danger of this but ended up placing 4th. Papiernik maybe? Please correct me if I am wrong, which is a definite possibility.

    The kid is slick and had a style that is hard to adjust to; very strong for a 112 and extremely fun to watch. As said before it was great watching him at SS, especially in the ticket round. Seemed to have a great attitude as well.

    Yeah that statement would be true if 4 of the 5 ranked wrestlers on Indianas' roster weren't from in state. As for the three aforementioned wrestlers; I'm sure they had other reasons for going out of state than IU "not being loyal." Howe has Pritzlaff, Humphrey has his father and as for Tsirtsis, wanting to wrestle for Iowa speaks for itself.

    The effectiveness of the brace depends on the type of dislocation and where the injury occurs in the shoulder. I believe if it occurs in the socket or capsule of the shoulder joint that the brace is ineffective. I'm sure the doctors and trainers on hand can tell by range of motion where the injury occurred, thus them advising him to wear a brace.

    Duck, You were also wrong when you said Raley couldn't compete at 125. Also, I think people do boo you and ignore you because your posts DO come off as ignorant. Half of the time people can't even understand them. I believe you are one of those people that whole-heartedly believes what you are saying reaches the masses and makes a difference in how they will view wrestling, when in actuality, they probably feel dumber after trying to read your posts like I do. I also believe that no one views you as a politician as you previously stated, as politicians know the difference between a communist ( which you accuse Y2 of being), a socialist(which you have also accused the powers of the board of being) and a Dictator(which is what you were trying to say). Please for the sanity of the people on this board, stick to your word and stop posting because you have reached 0 on your cool points.

    Beck has to get by Kuhn first. Tough draw for both kids; easily two of the top five at 112.

    Raley won't be competitive at 125? Give me a break; do you actually think before you post? The kid has one loss on the year and walked through Semi State. You may recall a few years ago a kid named Eric Galka did the same thing. He won state as a feshman at 103, loses friday night the next year at 119 and then comes in his junior year and proves he could adjust. A couple of things I want to point out also; It's road not rode and it's losing not loosing. I swear there should be a grammar quiz before posting on here.

    We all know that Roberts Stadium is a great place to wrestle our semi-state, no one is arguing that. One of the questions was where would we have it if Roberts were to be torn down. What about the hockey arena in evansville? I don't know how many it seats, I've just seen it in passing. Some places like that can be converted into an open space, I believe Conseco had a floor plan for a hockey team.

    So you're taking into account the fanbase but not the wrestlers? After sitting in the middle of an MD crowd at semi-state a few years ago, I believe MD, Castle, Memorial, and all of the other Evansville teams fans are devoted enough to travel where ever their teams go.
