Prayers go out to the Palmer family. The Indiana wrestling community lost a true legend. He will be missed but not forgotten. 

Wow that sucks! I just spoke with him in Bloomington at the Big Tens this past weekend. He will definitely be missed. RIP Tom. Thoughts and prayers to the family.

I always heard David Palmer was a BAD DUDE so he definitely has to rep the best old school that would still be considered one the G.O.A.T today...I wish we had highlight tapes of these guys I would love see legends I didn't get to see in person..nostalgia

Pavletic, whom was mentioned earlier in this post always intrigued me.  If I recall correctly, he captured the cradle from a leg ride and his finishes resembled tilts.  His technique was very unique. He didn't always pin his opponent but they weren't going anywhere.  I watched him at Mishawaka and the state tournament.  If anyone has video of this stud, please post or contact me I would love to review his cradle methodology.

Life isn't fair all the time. But got to keep working and be the best you can. Goes back to working your butt off everyday and want it. Remember it is semi state shouldn't be an easy matches left out there......

Great match. I thought all the calls by the ref were correct. He could have controlled the match a little better but all good calls. The best call was the non bite call. I've seen officials call that a Flagrant which would have DQ Rump. Great non call.

Observations?

Zionsville has had a runner-up and placers but no champs.

Congrats on a great career! Good Luck finishing it off with a State Title!

The IHSAA does what the NCAA does?? Then were getting wrestlebacks and college boundary rules? It's about time..

Where was Black? Also, is Fattore wrestling this year?

Malone (SBA) vs Jourdan (EMD) was a thriller. Fantastic Friday night match with a ton of action. It appeared as if Jourdan was gonna be headed home but he fought back late to win it. Hats off to both for a great match!

I'd say Covaciu/Lawrence was the best, followed by Lydy/Harvey.

Had Lee and Cash been longer it would have been the best. It was still a great match but I wonder how it would have been late in the third had Lee bridged out of bounds.
