    T.U.F.

Ya like me...I watch T.U.F. and I follow wrestling...I get on here to see what ppl think about fights...not to hear about who wins before it happens. Thanks TripleB
  3. Look forward to meeting up with you! ;D
  4. Congrats to Pioneer...not only a great coach, but also a great guy! Look forward to seeing you multiple times this year!
  5. Yeah there will probably be a lot of back and forth answers on this. I just heard on Monday it was a no! We will wait for the final word. Hope they get one soon!
  6. Congrats to the Winamac program. Look forward to more tough close matches!
  7. That would be good for them, althought I'd like to hear confirmation on that? He is a great guy and great coach. Coached me in middle school wrestling and high school cross country. Pioneer would be getting a good coach. Again though...confirmation?
  8. I sent you an email about a week ago. Just wanted to let ya know.
  9. Almost Good, Thanks for the wishes. I wish you the best as well. Hopefully see you at some tourneys sometime. Your second post makes me question a few things. Send me a PM sometime if you get this. Thanks!
  10. Tim Spray (since we are using full names?)...it was nothing against you...just havent heard from you in awhile and won't get to see your enthusiasm for coaching this year, so I had to hear some enthusiasm from ya before the year starts...just fun and games...if you read other posts (in different subjects) I give you and Pioneer plenty of credit...I think you are a great coach and helped IN in multiple ways! Hope Wisconsin is goin well...Go Bears!
  11. Wow! Talking about a guy getting ripped for doing some fun stats! He never said Indiana was technically better than the other states. He said BY POPULATION Indiana ranks higher. Wisconsin must be a crazy state that does not allow you to read all the posts through? :-\
  12. If you switch for athletic reasons then you should not be cheered for in my opinion! Call me whatever you want, but there is a small school called Pioneer who send wrestlers to state and even to college to wrestle, and they only have 20 or so kids each year (that would be a good year.) You can not blame it on practice partners or coaches. If you want it you can earn it no matter where you are. Switching for athletic reasons is a cop out!
  13. The individual rankings are def. created and documented very well. I personally would be willing to pay to see them. I also think if someone (TSpray) lives out of state they should be charged double for the rankings in Indiana. 8) Also, I would like to mention I would even be willing to pay a $10 a year subscription to this website, plus an extra $5 to see the rankings. I liked a previous idea about the "I love the RankingsGuy" t-shirt. Maybe charge $5 for the rankings and $10 if you want the rankings and t-shirt? Just a thought to help this website run effectively!
  14. I am surprised at how many spots are still open? I am sure some of them have been filled, but they are not "official" yet. Or they are hiding it? :-\
  15. Do not know when it happened for sure, but Shamar has signed a deal with StrikeForce! Good Luck to Shamar!

    UFC 99

Kongo has impressed me his last two fights. This would be a big win for him. I'm rootin for him!
  17. The guy that Lashley just fought could have at least took acting lessons if they were going to have him play that role. Pretty sad to set a fight up like that!
  18. What about that MMA then? That's a pretty unique sport and appears to be very marketable and popular. If MMA can be successful, then there's no reason wrestling can't be either. We just need to find the right buttons to push. MMA and wrestling are close yes, but to be honest what makes MMA marketable is the fact that you can watch a MMA bout and have the chance to see someone get knocked out flat. The fact that you can see someone get bloody, beaten, possibly broken, or simply knocked out cold is what makes MMA so marketable. 95% of the time you will not see this in wrestling. I love wrestling and always will, but comparing the marketability to MMA does not make sense.
  19. I enjoyed wrestling against, coaching against, and just watching his wrestlers. He is a great coach and a great guy outside of wrestling as well. I still look forward to seeing you at matches and the best of wishes goes out to you in what you choose to do with the rest of your life. Scott Hardy
  20. Just wanted to say congrats to Shelby. Great kid and wrestler. Good Luck Shelby!
  21. Yep, so wide open he had one close match at state! :-X
  22. I am def. a Bears fan, and I do think this was a good trade for Da Bears! Did they give up a lot? Yes, but they got a lot as well. I think if they can get a WR in the second round, then work on a lil' Defense after that, they will be a force once again! DA BEARS!
  23. Well let's see...got into middle school and played basketball my 6th grade year. Started to hang out with a different group of kids, but I still tried out for basketball my 7th grade year. Got cut from the team because I was "too short." My best friend from then throughout high school said hey you should try wrestling. I did. Ended up making state, the all-star team, wrestled a bit in college, and now coach. Thank you to that friend!
  24. That is pretty bad. You make a thread that is not about class wrestling and mvw gets on here and tries to start leading it that way. Geesh enough about class wrestling for awhile. I think that is an interesting fact. Of course there are coaches out there who work their butts off that aren't members, but it does show being involved might help a little. Nice stats.
  25. ;D Just wanted to get a post in since this is about the 20th class wrestling post in the last 2 weeks. I haven't talked on one of them. So, how about that Indiana weather?
