Giving Carter a 2-3 as an at large would’ve been just as crazy as the 9. Yes he’s definitely the best wrestler in that but I think they should’ve gave him like the 10 so he would’ve been on the opposite side as Lewis

I don’t think anybody scored on him last year from Indiana . Has he been scored on this year from Indiana this year thus far . All been cuts from what on track and what witnessed . 
 

What that tells me the kid on a mission, a different level. We all witnessed over the years those wrestlers that it looks like a Big Cat playing with its prey . Of the 20 matches I witnessed this year . He’s been that Big Cat . 
 

I guess I’ll believe it when I see it if  anyone scores on him from Indiana this year .

Wrestling the edge is a technique used by several kids as they simply can "get forced out by action" and not give up points. Should have way more stalls against edge wrestlers in my opinion. 

“Wrestling the edge” is in the rulebook and is stalling
