Don't think anythig is different, just don't want to be surprised by something! Also, where are the Physician Clearance forms for 2013-14? Can someone help me out??!! Thanks! Soup Posted November 20, 2013 Author Share Posted November 20, 2013 I contacted the IHSAA to inquire and they have added these forms to the documents page under wrestling @ IHSAA.org They also said the Winter Bulletin was in process and would be published in the next few days. nkraus Posted November 20, 2013 Share Posted November 20, 2013 So, I was having some questions about the same thing. If I had a kid get a doctor's note signed from the previous year, does that work? Is it the same form? I had one kid who had low body fat naturally and needed to get the doctor's note. I'm going to feel bad now if the kid has to go back to the doctor.
