Bremen is looking for a new head coach. I have had the fortunate opportunity to act as the head wrestling coach for Bremen High School for the past 6 seasons. During that time, I have learned many lessons from my wrestlers and I will carry them with me for my lifetime. I only hope that they too have learned many valuable life lessons, in our time together. I have very much enjoyed the challenge of creating a strong wrestling culture in the Bremen Athletic Department, as well as in the Bremen Community. I have many things about my time as the head wrestling coach that I am proud of including our 4 appearances at the IHSWCA Dual Team State Championships, having the opportunity to coach an IHSAA Individual State Champion, and everything in between! None of which would have been possible without the hard work of dedicated assistant coaches, disciplined and coachable student athletes and a very supportive and understanding family. I am extremely grateful that I have been blessed with all of these! I would like to thank all of my assistant coaches for their belief in my mission and their hard work, the student athletes for always doing their best to give me what I asked for, their parents, the administration and the community for all of their support. I also want to thank all of the coaches that I have had the opportunity to coach against and become friends with. Many of you have taught me much and I have enjoyed it, and I thank you! I have truly enjoyed my time in this role, but it is time for me to step aside.This has not been an easy decision, but I have wrestled with it many days and nights and it's just time for me to hand off the program to someone willing and able to work very hard to continue the growth and success of the Bremen Wrestling program.
