BigFunk44
I am interested in how many schools do not have a representative at regionals this weekend and whether those schools are 1a 2a or 3a for wrestling purposes.
Mat Stat
Not sure about the other semi-states, but from Evansville I see the following with no Regional wrestlers: Whiteland – 3A Salem – 2A Switzerland County – 1A Cloverdale – 1A Christian Academy of Indiana – 1A
overtime
Wow Whiteland is that pathetic now at wrestling? Far fall from having state champs during the 2000's.
AC Computer
They are all 1A schools for the FW Semi-state: Howe Military Madison Grant Randolph Southern Wabash
GrecoCoach
From New Castle Semistate: Clinton Prairie (1A) Indy Marshal (1A) Oldenburg Academy (1A) School of the Blind did not have anyone compete, so I don't know that counts.

That's suprising all the southside schools with success and Whiteland nothing ?Sounds like they need to make some changes. do they have an ISWA club anymore? That's where it all starts the little guys

Their other 10 wrestlers were 9 freshmen and 1 sophomore, so maybe they are rebuilding.
unknown wrestler
They had a folkstyle tourney last year at their place didn't they? Seems they are moving in the right direction.
marines2
They are very, very young, and trying to rebuild. As mentioned mostly all freshman this year from a good middle school team last year. They all took their lumps this year but all hung in there. Have also heard some more good 8th graders coming out next year. 2002 119 state champ, Clint Palmore and 2007 119 state champ, Matt Fields have come on board last year and this year as assistant coaches. Hope to get it turned around.
bgcoach
They have a pretty good middle school team this year too. Full line up with plenty of reserves and technically sound.
