Jake Riesen
In the past few seasons Yorktown has killed Bellmont in the season opener, but the Braves of Belmont have come back to either take the regional title or come within points of beating Yorktown. Is Belmont now the favorite for the regional title? If so which local wrestlers do you think Yorktown will look to to fill those vital weight classes? Y2CJ41
The next time Yorktown will have to beat Bellmont with all of their kids weighing in at a lower weight class. I don't think Yorktown matches up very well with them when they shift everyone from 145 and below down a weight class.

Jake Riesen
Sorry if you took it as trash talk. I just know that history tends to repeat itselve and recent history shows that Yorktown is 20 points worse at the end of the season or Belmont is 20 points better. It also shows Yorktown has the abilty to pluck wrestlers from other schools to try and gain a competitive advantage on Belmont. Last year it backfired, but maybe they can get the right recruit in to take down Belmont in the last state tournament. Congrats and good luck. YorktownPatriot
How do we know Yorktown will face Bellmont, possible for AC to pull off on upset in the JC sectional.
jimmychitwood
Now now ttipton, jealousy is never flattering... But in all seriousness, this whole recruiting diatribe is so tired and unconvincing. I highly doubt you are aware of the circumstances surrounding each of the so-called "hired guns." Judge not, that ye be not judged.

xam148
I heard that once Yorktown had sealed the win they forfeited out. Can anyone confirm this and if so what is the point of doing this so early in the season?
