Boot
I must have been thinking how incredible that many was. It would be incredible for a team to get all 14 though.
gstemv81
md85, You're thinking 1996. Turner (130), Schroeder (189) and Boehman (285) lost in the ticket round of semi-state that year. Matt lost 6-2 to the Franklin Central '95 runnerup. Everyone else qualified.

thatoneguy
i think Crown Point or Evansville MD will send the most, and according to state records the most is 13 in 2003 by MD
gstemv81
Please cite the source and quote it. I think MD sent 10 in 2003. That year was memorable for MD's 5 in the finals and 4 consecutive champs 145 - 171.

DelphiHWT
I own TAE's book for all state finals thru 2002, but the rest can be found using the IHSAA's Wrestling Archives at http://www.ihsaa.org/dnn/Sports/Boys/Wrestling/tabid/74/Default.aspx or http://www.ihsaa.org/b-wrestling_frame.htm This link shows 10 in 03 believe me I thought it was 13 or 14 to but I was wrong and now owe RankingsGuy a sno-cone haha
MatChick76
Mater Dei qualified 6 in 2000, 8 in 2001, 10 in 2002, 10 in 2003, and 6 in 2004 I'll take that sno-cone bet... I think they might have got all 14 to Semi-State that year (2003), and then took 10 to State, and if I'm not mistaken they placed pretty near all of them... MatChick76
In 1996 and 2007 MD sent 11 to state, in 2003 MD sent 10 to state. Although MD sent more in 1996 and 2007, MD placed 8 of 10 (4 champs, 1-runner up, 2-3rd's, 1-6th) in 2003, which I think is the most they ever placed in one year. They also sent 10 in 2002. In 2003 they didn't send 14 to semi-state (that was 1996).
