Will someone post the seeds for the WIC

Recommended Posts

Thats true, seems like WIC and the Northview Sectional brackets are some of the last to be posted..Just part of it I guess.

I was gonna add the NV sectional, but I didn't want to call them out yet. You can always find them on IHSAA.org alot quicker than on here

OV 119lbs Broukal is looking really tough he only has 1 loss that I know of. Also Stewart not sure what weight he is going tho either 130 or 135

Who has Broukal beaten that is good?  I bet his loss happened at Bo Henry vs. Welch, but has he beaten anyone that is ranked or of high caliber.

I wonder if he does his social studies homework like little Larry

WIC is a tough conference to get any attenion in, but it's what happens on the mat that counts anyway. Kerr from Edgewood is 28-0 only taken down once, but it's the quality of wins that count more than quantity to get attention.

I will see if I can get the info on seatings this afternoon and try to post this evening.

285:  #1 Seed South Vermillion:  Intersting bottom bracket, #2 Northview has West Vigo first round  Brown County kid is #3 seed and has a 6-6 record, must've had some head to head wins....

Looks like Owen valley should win on paper....

I will post more when new information comes to light...

I've wrestled Broukal myself and he is no joke when I say this kid is tough i mean it. He is a very sound wrestler who i think is going to go pretty far in the state tournament for a freshman at 119lbs.

Kerr is out until sectional due to an injury in practice a week ago, should be 100% come sectional. Didn't want to take a chance on coming back to early.

Smart decision.

how can someone be a #3 seed and been beat by a #4 seed the only 2 times they have met!

It depends on every wrestler at that weight class say a #3 has been beat by a #4 but #4 has been beat a #2 and #2 has been beat by #3 and so on. Also it depends on how the wrestlers did in the conference the year before.
