  1. Javon Phillips of Centerville commits to

  2. IHSWCA Middle School State

Do coaches have to pay the spectator fee? I do have a USA Wrestling Coaches Card.
  3. Tri Sectional

Elijah Phillips Centerville 126 teched Hagerstown's Purtha in the Semifinals of the TEC. He also pinned Purtha at the Wayne County tourney earlier in the year. Don't get me wrong Purtha is a dangerous wrestler and Elijah will have to continue to wrestle well to beat him again but I believe Elijah Phillips is the man at 126 at Tri Sectional but you never really know what's going to happen. They have to bring it that day! Good luck to all, should be a fun Sectional.

  9. T.E.C Talk

JaVon will be 138lbs for TEC. He will be at 132lbs for the State Series.
  10. T.E.C Talk

JaVon Phillips won by fall in the first period.
  11. T.E.C Talk

Don't count out Elijah Phillips of Centerville he is a returning TEC Champ and has a win over Purtha this year and two wins last year. Purtha also beat Elijah twice last year so its a 3-2 between them and there always exiciting matches. With Wes Craft at 126 this will be a exciting weight class to watch. I think Sabastain Thompson (sorry if spelled wrong) of Winchester could add to the excitment if he is at 126.
  12. Notable wins and Upsets!

    JaVon Phillips-Centerville over Myles Krintz-Harrison(WL) 2-1
  13. Notable wins 12/19

"C Hetzner Eastern (Greentown) over J Phillips (Centerville) by Pin" Would just like to say J. Phillips wrestled up from 138lbs to face Hetzner at 145lbs. Would also like to say C. Hetzner was very impressive not trying to take anything away from him.
  14. Hearts are heavy at Shenandoah H.S.

Levi thank you for being a great wrestling partner for my son over the last couple of years. I know he thought of you as a great friend and we will all miss you so very much. R.I.P. Gary, you are in my thoughts everyday. Brian Phillips
