  1. "Today, Coach Harding announced his retirement from coaching. His nearly four decades of dedication to the Dragon Wrestling program is deeply appreciated. Coach Harding is excited to pursue his next Life adventure--pursuing certification as an associate minister with the United Methodist Church. We wish him the very best of luck. The school corporation will solicit applications for the head coach position. The timing of which is unclear. More information about the process will be forthcoming." From the Dragon Wrestling Club.
  2. As the title says how many of your clubs pay their "club" coach a salary to run club practice and coach at tournaments? I mean school affiliated clubs not stand alone clubs.

  4. So if Lance Ellis was the all time greatest, I am just wondering what he did after high school. Did he wrestle in college?
  5. Conner wasn't even supposed to beat Niebarger(sp) last Saturday morning @ semi-state. What happened is exactly what happens when a kid believes in himself and doesn't believe any of the hype! For me, getting to watch 2 kids I have watched sort of grow up the last 4 years wrestle for a title (Harvey is from New Pal) was priceless!
  6. If you are basing "tough" out of aerobic activity then tennis probably is harder but when was the last time someone dropped you on your head while you were having a little volley. Then we would have to include Triathlons etc because playing tennis would be pretty weak compared to doing an Ironman . I think the point this guy is making is all around overall toughness. In my opinion tennis is barely even a "sport" it is more of a game and it is the most boring, predictable game there is.
  7. Ouch.... Struve has improved for sure.

  10. Talor Fee 113 New Pal....Brooks 1st round :-\

  12. All I did was call Tommy Cash's Dad and he said everyone advanced except Bryan, so I have to assume he did beat Kenny until some tells us different.
  13. So far all I know is that New Pal has advanced all but their Heavyweight. And they are in the 2nd round right now at 120.
  14. Anybody have any updates? Would be greatly appreciated if you do.
  15. The guy on the other side of my cube wall finished as state runner up in 1978 @ 126 and his junior year he was beaten by the same guy(his only loss) and did not go to state because only 2 got to go.
  16. The new Five Finger Death Punch song---Under and Over It
  17. So you think they should weigh in at 10 then pair all the brackets and be ready to wrestle @ 1?
