1) Micic - I think Lee is very capable of beating him, but Micic is king until and if that happens! 2) Lee- May be the best of these 3 now, but must beat the king before being crowned! 3) Wilson - Great athlete great wrestler, but not on the level of the above mentioned, and just to early in his short career to compete with these boy! Focus on 132lbs if you want back on that podium as a champ or even runner up.... JMO

If that's the case it would send a message, and that message wouldn't be one of confidence in this match up. I think Forte wrestles, and I know LeCount has had this date circled for a while!

If your going to make these type accusations then please be accurate, because every statement you have made are nothing short of a lie. Nobody on Cathedral's staff was thrown out at Calumet last year nor this year, nor was even a warning given at Team State. Just because you say something happened does not make it true, but I'm sure you understand the saying "If you tell a lie enough times people will start to believe it", so before you make degrading remarks about people just try and get one fact straight in your accusation!

You have a right to this opinion, but the fact ALL of the Indiana teams do choose to come and participate at IHSAA title event, and in both years so far quality teams have chosen NOT to participate in the IHSWCA title event, and that says it all. In fact the Irish are not a team that's lessening this event as we have wrestled both years it has existed, so point that finger maybe at the folks that choose not to be here! Also take my word for it the Ihswca title is important to Cathedral's team, coaches, and fans...Good Luck to all the teams and wrestlers tomorrow!

Zach, you must of had a brain fart but at 170lbs you don't have top 10 in the state ranked at all in the semi state. Although Ben was hurt for a couple weeks I'm sure you would agree should be #2 in our semi state.....thanks Zach -

You kinda have made our point, this tourney is suppose to be a blind draw so the Connersville wrestlers should not have been getting the placement that you have indicated that they do get, and according to you deserve. Not sure what beating the Irish once in your recent history has to do with any of this, I assume you understand this is a new season and the Irish will remember last year and be looking forward to meeting up with any of the Spartan wrestlers. Good luck to all the wrestlers competing this weekend.

We all just find it strange that in the past 3 years I know personally no Connersville wrestler has met a ranked wrestler in the first 2 rounds of this tourney, which could only be a act of God if this has been truly a blind draw. If I am wrong then please show the bracket from the past 3 years I speak of and I will gladly admit I was wrong!

3A team Seeding at IHSWCA State Duals?

At least Cathedral chooses to come and compete at this tourney unlike some other teams that have declined the last 2 years. I would guess the Dual State Series means even less to them, so before you bash the Irish you may want to focus on your buddies who choose not to even compete at this event! -
Again Joe thanks for all you do and I know it takes a lot of your time and energy, but I did not have the wrong results on the Cathedral vs Portage dual you guys did, nor was I the one unaware of the 31 point victory the Irish had over Warren again that would be you. Considering your putting together rankings based on all this info I just questioned what was going on with your rankings since your rankings did not reflect the correct info, so if your saying the rankings were off because you did not have the info between Cathedral and Warren that would explain things, and I agree it should have been reported, but Joe since you are so quick to point out everyone else mistakes you probably ought to become a little more humble and take ownership in the role you play in the misinformation you've based some of these rankings. Again Joe I thank you for your hard work and every disagreement should not turn into a pissing contest in which I'm not the only one who finds themselves in this position every time there is a difference of opinion with you! I think all you guys that run this website and do these rankings work your butts off and are great for Indiana wrestling, so lets leave it at that and thanks for your hard work....
