    appreciate the kind words and yes we gotta put his health first! Wrestling Brewer healthy is a unreal task and we respect him too much to go out and underperform when it can be avoided and for the greater good.. just glad Trizton isn't any worse off than before today.. Congrats to all competitors, coaches and family if the wrestlers!

    yea watching him wrestle last weekend I was really impressed.

    nobody can ever question the heart of Trizton Carson.. banged up pretty good just handled 34-2 Will Nix... this kid is a inspiration to me and anybody that seem him wrestle at SS last year with his shoulder dislocating 4x and not give up will attest.. Time to rest it up and get ready for SS... Congrats to Brewer on his 2nd straight regional title!

    and i'm a idiot that didn't quote the right quote @chambers that was a honest mistake..my bad... and honestly didn't think making a school closing thread would be a hassle..I'll let y'all know this evening if that practiced..I actually am not affiliated with NC it's my alma mater though and I live there.. I coach few kids a few nights a week just to give bk ro the sport.

    I agree... unless something's changed and they never let us practice on closed days and I'm sure if this still holds true Peck will take care of it..I was just trying to start a topic for ppl to list their schools closings.

    our school doesn't allow any practices if school is closed..so for the 1st time I'm just passing along information.

    Losing that 13 year streak hurts.. When you're in those streaks you feel like they'll never end.. When NC lost theirs in 05' after 29 straight then won regionals it was a little bitter sweet.. I wasn't on that team so I can't speak for them but I deep down would've rather seen them win 30 straight over a regional title.. but all things come to an end unless you're MD
