97 jeremy motl of NC placed mutiple times at 215 i believe wrestled scotty gross os shenendoah atleast 5x that year alternating wins all thru semi state...there was a gym clearing riot at doah in sectional finals in which only parents and coaches were later allowed to attend while these 2monsters finished the match...motl got 7th while scotty ended losing in the State championship match...anybody who knows the ol,school motl brothers were always treated when these two were on the mat...not to mention the older brother Eric motl who had wars,with Funkhouser and Kerkoff..motl always beat kerkoff(2x state champ) but,couldnt beat funkhouser...but kerkoff always beat funkhouser but not motl lol styles make match ups and those were awesome..Funkhouser was a Monster at his weight unreal speciman

Charlie hill beat undefeated billy decker. Mason parris beat caleb hoots in a good match i think 12 to8 not exactly sure

Lol at peck being mad...he posts on here....i doubt he cares...hes got a lot of obligations other than running a site let alone being butt hurt over this site....plus almost anytime nc is brought up on this site ppl got,smartass comments for no reason....wont be long before ppl are whining bout nc wrestling so many matches when there are other schools doing the same..

Yea it is sad...i just know billy and caleb are ss rank worthy... Nc never has really reported results on reg basis i know overall they are 25-4...2losses came when they didnt have full line up due to illness n injury

I agree bes becoming a force..hes young but,wrestles like a vet...his older bros probably sped up the process lol...hoots is a animal too...22-1 21 pins Hoots and Gonzalez was a real good match could went either way

Billy decker New Castle 20-0 and isnt ranked in nc semi state...caleb hoots only 1 loss 4-2 to 5th ranked c Gonzalez isnt ranked either....

Im guessing he didnt cut at all in HS is why he was 95 and hasnt got much bigger so now he cuts to 84 thor...jus my 2pennies

Thor i believe the pure maturity of most,wrestlers at his class is why he looks undersized...in HS he was the big dog and now bes the young pup among MEN...over the nxt,few summers im sure he will bulk upand adapt.

I agree grenadier in him being undersized..in the meet vs the gophers he looked hesitant on his feet after,getting deep in pn his 1st shot....he got in a scramble and was scored on...that told me right there he was smaller because we all are familiar with sligas scrambling ability...but nvr count the guy out cuz he has been competitive all year and,could turn the corner and make some noise....

Yes I heard gray n coy are tough.. Good luck foreman bet within 3yrs nc and delta will be bk to competing well nc has no seniors m heard delta improving...I know they got a hell of a coach in foreman.. Im a fool forgot Muncie merged HS

Yes those Perry teams were def some of the best I've seen....just having our asses to us by MD gave me deeper understanding for how good they were lol

Thanks rassler... He looks good way more comfortable on his feet and his speed is top notch...I dont see him not at least placing top 3....sawyer millers Lil brother at 106 is nails too, very impressed by him also.

Rite on Parris ..best of luck rest of the year..BTW wasnt that the fastest super dual meet ever...I can't believe how many forfeits that Ive seen this year numbers are def down across the state
