  1. There are a few just up the road from the school. Most are well known chain hotels and I would probably go with the Holiday Inn if I were you. If you have a kid wrestling the next day make sure you stay away from the Lew Wallace, or as many of us call it, the dirty Lew.
  2. Your questions contains the answer... it was stopped due to a potentially dangerous situation not because of injury or blood time.
  3. The score of the meet was 31-27 and Manny majored the 103 13-0. A decision the other way would still have won it for Cath. but thats not a gaurantee.
  4. This year's CP team was probably the best that I remeber (back to mid 90's)... Hobart had a really good team 98-99 I think. They gave up some bonus points to MD at the end of a meet they probably should have won. MD went on to beat Bellmont pretty easily
  5. "McMurray is in my opinion The best pound for pound wrestler in the state by far. He is a Lock at whatever weight he decides he would like to win state at next year." Sean is a great wrestler but come on.... saying things like this just make you look silly. Of the best 20 or so wrestlers no one is BY FAR the best pound for pound wrestler (not that you can really even compare people across weight classes anyway. No one is a lock at any weight. Cashe, Wright, and Harper all lost this year... saying he is a lock at any weight he chooses is just dumb.
  6. I totally agree... many work for a decent lead and protect it not wanting to put themselves in comprimising positions. I dont think its boring though..
  7. Hwt here...I would wrestle if i knew others would be there..
  8. You win... Wahoo's for you everytime I sign on.... That's hilarious
  9. While this is true many of the area's strongest wreslters do not compete in this event. Congrats to all those invited.
  10. Naco, everytime i read something you post I want to boo you I think Y2 should lift the 2 hour wait requirement but only for people wanting to boo you
  11. Undefeated State Champion is not that impressive??
  12. Does that mean all the CP wrestlers wont be able to wrestle??
  13. Nunez also made it to State at 215 and lost first round. Not that I disagree with Bakalik but they both made it to the same level of the tourney.

  16. Congrats Frank. We are all so proud of you.
  17. Agreed, I was at the semi state and frankie controlled the match and was never in any trouble. He is a HUGE 130 pounder and should have a very good chance of getting his first of 2 state titles this weekend. All that said obviously you are all well informed when it comes to Indiana wrestling and are clearly entitled to your opinion. I mean no disrespect I just think it is frankie's turn this year and next.
  18. Fabio and his undying love for Josh Harper.
