By that interruption in the even that you get 2 pound on the first day(if a school couldn't practice 2 consecutive days) then you would have one less pound the second day. ex first day 108 goes to 110, back to 108 when wrestling is over then up to 109 the second day... that seems right. -
I don't think he just means school size but difference in school size. Considering the size of a lot of these school I would say any thing under 1000 could be considered small... just not as small as some of these schools that are less than 500.

So if you look back at the New Castle Semi-state 126 for 2017 you'll see Negangard from East Central getting a forfeit in the first round.... Negangard was a Regional runner-up... I remember there being a wrestler from Pike missing weight and not wrestling, he finished 3rd in his regional, however Evans from Greenfield Central finished 4th but still wrestled Pugsley from Shanendoah who won regional. I don't know if there was a mistake made during the coaches meeting and it was over looked, but they didn't not shift the seeds that one time which led to a runner-up getting a forfeit while his champ had a match.

02/03 James from Pike vs Thompson from franklin county 2 years in a row. Thompson entered both match unbeaten on the season. James went on to be runner up at semi-state in 02 and Semi-state champ in 03. Pretty tough draw there. Also 2018 Parris and Guhl, At least worse draw for Guhl. This was a rematch of the Semi-state Championship match from the year before. Any other Draw he has a shot at making it and maybe even placing.

Any word about Centerville's 152? I see he's still on the bracket so I assume he's good to go or is this a late in the week decision?

Watson? He's at 152 but 145 should still have a good finals match at regionals.

Looking at the brackets they have 6 weight classes that have less than 5 wrestlers, only 4 with more than 6, 4 with exactly 6, and none with 8... At least they don't have to worry about pigtails.

The record reported is supposed to include forfeits... you then take the forfeits out when the criteria of winning percentage comes to play. Whats posted on the bracket is supposed to be your official record.
