    Momma Rieker, Your boys are an absolute joy to be around (even Baron!). I've had the pleasure of being on two trips with them and have had a blast with them both times. You and your husband have yourself a fine group of kids. Coach Cooper runs a top notch program and, he might not know it, has done alot for me as a coach. He's a true ambassador to our sport! Now if we could just do something about that husband of yours......... ;D ;D

    LSL was made by some guys from Madison!! Okay, here's the deal. College wrestling is boring. I don't think it would translate well because of that. Plus how would the game handle completely different rules and moves? Freestyle and Folkstyle are pretty much two different sports.What if the game focused on Freestyle/Greco and you could pick that? Build in qualifiers and what not. Plus how would the game handle completely different rules and moves? Freestyle and Folkstyle are pretty much two different sports. I semi-like the idea of a game, but if it's not done top notch it might hurt more than help. The Pride (or was it UFC) VG for Dreamcast was awesome but it did nothing to push the sport here in the states at a time when was still considered dead by many. I played the game to death, but rarely watched the fights b/c of availability.

    Playing a game with zero meaning and playing a game with a trip to the Super Bowl on the line are completely different situations. If you want to talk about over-rated teams lets look at the C-O-L-T-S, 9 years in the playoffs and only one trip super bowl to show for it. It's about time for Colts fans to trade in their Manning jerseys for Jimmie Johnson shirts and hats.

    If I had to pick between wrestling Taylor or Resch, I'm picking Resch. No disrespect to anybody but Baron hasn't beat Robby in three years. Oh wait they haven't wrestled in 2 years. :o

    Another interesting thing is that Brock runs specific camps just for him. It's all big guys. What can he and Cole Conrad show WW's? Marty Morgan might be able to pull from his Minnesota background for conditioning and such. Does Lesnar even have a BJJ coach or anything?

Hope to see everybody in Madison tomorrow, here's the schedule: 9:00 - 10:15 - 1st rd, Championship, (4mats) 10:20 - 12:00 - 2nd rd, Semi's and consolations (4 mats) 12:00 - 12:30 - lunch 12:30 - 1:30 ? 3rd rd, consolation semi's (4mats) 1:35 - 2:45 - 4th rd, Consolation Finals (3 mats) 15 minute break to break down mats 3:00 Finals. (1 mat)

    @ Madison Zach Adams ranked 9th at 14o wrestled Joey Juliano from Mooresville who is ranked 8th at 152. Excellent Match, Adams was up late 5-3 and Juliano came through with a throw and 2 nearfall with about 6 seconds left in the match to win 7-5 Also Adams got a win over Roy Whetstine from Evansville Memorial ranked 15th at 145.

    We can't field a full team because of a single class tournament. Our potential kid said he was scared of a 300+ person bracket.

    I'm in tight w/ the tournament director. There is a new number one for criteria: 1) Wears a Madison singlet

    Maybe something like to no strikes above the shoulders I could see, but kids younger than 18 do not need to be in full fledged MMA fights.
