  1. Congratulations to Tony! Great kid and hard worker! Definitely a role model in the practice room.
  2. Man, this little cat fight has really derailed a great write up. Should we also bring up wrestle backs and classed wrestling the FW semi thread?
  3. I saw the big “state series changes” and was anxiously opening it to see they’d implement wrestle backs. I should’ve known better.
  4. Looks as though Ocampo is headed back to New Haven as well.
  5. Justin Williamson at 106 will find himself on the podium as well.
  6. I've said it before, this group coming up is one of the most talented groups I've ever watched. My sons are in 8th and 6th grade, and the talent level around their ages is crazy good! Indiana Wrestling is definitely on the rise! Awesome to see.
  7. Hey Joe, I was just able to go to the 132 bracket and click the green play button and watch it I can screen record and send it to you if yours isn’t working.
  8. It’s Thrine and not close. A “true” freshman that beat a D1 commit that was probably one of the highest ranked kids in the entire tournament, nationally. There were a lot of great performances and I think Hockaday and Cruz deserve some love as Veazy is my boy, but Thrine was incredible.
  9. Ignorant question, but what are the dates for 2024?
  10. The 2 near fall vs Ashton was easily the worst call of the tournament and it isn’t close. He awarded 2, never counted then held up 2 near fall as Jackson bellied down.
  11. I saw your username then quit reading after, “sounds crazy but hear me out”
  12. He definitely “won the crowd”. The place was electric for him!
  13. I believe there is an option at the top to slide over for wheel chair areas.
  14. Tulsa weights didn’t align with our MS weights, so I’m assuming they just get to pick but don’t know that for a fact.
  15. I’d just venture to say they don’t know who will sign up, who will miss weight, who will no show, etc…
  16. I’d assumed after weigh ins end. No way they build brackets before then.
  17. 1-4 didn’t matter either. I think they’re treating 1-4 as equal and 5-8 as equal. So a 1 can wrestle a 5, 2 vs 5, etc. The way I understand is any Tulsa placer gets thrown into 1-4 and any Tulsa DNP is 5-8. Also, we went to Columbus North and it was great! Good luck to everyone!
