  1. I have exhibit A as to why parents hold their kids back. I have roughly 30+ videos of my 87lb son wrestling 106. Trust me on this one.
  2. I recall being at a Middle School tourney in West Virginia. Ike lost a tough match to another very good Indiana kid. What struck me was instead of sulking, he grabbed a tablet and studied his match. As he watched it, he would occasionally purse his lips with a slight shake of his head. I can recall thinking this is a kid that is bound for success. I often remind my own son of that scene and how you conduct yourself.
  3. Gotcha. I wasn't disagreeing with your post, just noting where he actually lost to Seltzer.
  4. Bettich lost to Seltzer in pre-season at IHPO.
  5. In addition to 4U2NV's list at the lighter weights, I'd add 75 - Linser, Haines 80 - LaRocca, Schaefer, Ocampo 85 - Billerman 90 - Lowery, Stebbins, Morton, Foster, Marcum 95 - Wolf It's getting good now...
  6. Based on where the list stands currently, I would add Bollinger (75) Rioux (75), LaRocca (80), Wood (85), Rinehart (95), Vander Luitgaren (95) and Weems (102) to 4U2NV & MackG's lists as higher podium finishers.
  7. Indeed!! I am certain that Kyle could be competitive at 106 right now. Given 4 more years who knows, might be the next Seltzer or that other freshman at 126...I can't remember his name. Just saying!
  8. ...I'm pretty certain that Kyle would beat him at this point anyway You going to add any on here? I don't know the little guys weights any longer.
  9. I'm not sure that would threaten Moran or Seltzer. Zeke beat him pretty handily early. I suppose things do change.
  10. Make sure the person entering the information uses the trackwrestling id# associated with his/her main profile. Some kids have multiple accounts for various reasons. I have never had any success getting them to fully remove records not associated with my son's account. There are obviously a number of Nathan Smiths and I think folks just guess at times.
  11. Allred is about as close as it gets and I also like Cotty. Relative to Moran, Seltzer isn't going down easy at 113.
  12. How about some predictions. Anyone...?
  13. -- DCC’s tough. Does anyone know if Mike Krause is still heading their youth development? Pretty sure...Tssss!
  14. Could be wrong, but I believe that was Andrew Davison at State.
