With the girls having a semi state this year, do they automatically qualify for the Frosh Soph state tournament if they made semi state? I know last year the only automatic qualifiers were state placers and everyone else had to qualify at one of the regionals.

Jim Ledbetter is the best! Amazing coach, role model, educator, father figure, human being, etc. He has impacted so many peoples lives on and off the mat. I was lucky enough to have him as a coach 6th-12th grade. MTXE

All this math is making my head hurt 😞
Here’s my math to clarify things - if I have 8 pieces of Pizza and I have 8 wrestlers getting ready to wrestle the next day. - I’ll probably get only 4 pieces , cuz the heavyweight will eat 4 too.

I don’t understand the class wrestling argument. Look at the number of small schools that dominated the 1-8 spots on all weight classes at the individual state tournament. School size doesn’t effect our sport as much- football, basketball, and track I get, but it will only hurt wrestling in Indiana.
